What can I say? The food was good and the service was great. This is why I come here. For the great service that I always receive. They are always on point with me. Thanks for being so professional.

Decided to go here tonight after a long week of cooking dinner at home. I had no expectations upon arriving(especially seeing as I had a horrible experience earlier in the week at Cyclone Anayas in City Centre for my mother-in-law’s birthday). Anyways the service tonight at Olive Garden was great! The food was also very delicious. My husband and I ordered the Spicy Shrimp Scampi Fritta for app and Shrimp Alfredo for entrées. There was a slight problem with our dessert being melted, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The General Manager(Roy Ussary) came over to our table and apologized and stated that he was going to look into the issue with the cheesecake, in addition to contacting neighboring locations to check to see if they are having the same issues. I was quite fine with the acknowledgment of there being a slight issue with the cheesecake, however, Roy went a step further as to offer us a gift card towards dessert for our next visit. It was a grand gesture that meant a lot. I appreciate such great management skills and look forward to returning to this location.

Lasagna was burned and very unpleasant and not to mention, the portion was smaller than usual. I didn’t expect poor quality just because it was carryout. Terrible bread wrapped in regular foil, very hard and stale. Really PO’d as I tried to enjoy my meal but my appetite was ruined. Unfortunately I will have to complete a thorough inspection of my food before leaving the place so that any issue will be addressed right then and there.

Very good service at this location went during lunch n the manager was running the host stand she quoted 25 – 30 minute wait within 5 min she had opened an additional section and started waiting on it herself during a busy time like lunch I know she has a lot going on so was very pleased with her actions. She very attentive to our needs and went above n beyond to make sure the baby was happy !! Let’s be honest the food is very similar from one Olive Garden to another this one was the on par

Food was Disgusting!!! The appetizer which had calamari, stuffed mushrooms and fried ravioli was over cooked and hard. My entrée the stuffed chicken Marsala was literally vomit!! i spit it out. The other entrees looked like they’ve been sitting under the warmer for hours. Don’t come to this Olive Garden !!!

their unlimited bread and soup deal is wonderful. you’d probably get full on that before you get to the main course. However, one of the flatbreads i ordered which i cant seem to recall the name was extremely bitter. I could barely finish halve of it cause of the taste. I guess if i want some that is coated with olives I’d definitely go here again. but Overall the experience was decent. The service time of the waiter was abit bothersome cause they would come by every 20 minutes due to low employee count.

Their food may look good & fancy but it’s down right bland. Well, most of is. Customer service is okay, not great. Now, the food? Okay so I’ve had pretty much everything on their menu, & I’ve gotta say, that it has got to be the most dried out & bland tasting food I have ever eaten. Every time they come out with something new, I hope that it’s good, that it’s full of flavor. More than half the time I’m disappointed in that. Now, their«famous» Chicken Parmesan has got to be the driest item on the menu.

Ordered to go the spicy Calabria wings and one pan of spaghetti with Meatballs that serves 6. We had Four adults and 3 children and it was still plenty of food. Online system is easy to use and quick and your able to pay for it online. Just a five minute wait to pick up the order so that was nice. Wings were excellent. They were moist with lots of flavor but not spicy at all. The spaghetti sauce was flavorable but out of the pan there was one whole meatball!!! To the right of the pan it appears another meatball was broken up. Very disappointing considering we paid extra 10.00 for 2 meatballs. I would order again but next time I will check the order before we leave the restaurant.

Service was ok and the wait was long. The waiter was nice but took forever to get a refill. It was my first time at this location but the food never disappoints. If you don’t mind waiting it’s not that bad. Enjoy!

This is one of my favorite lunch spots near home. I normally order soup and salad. The servers are nice and the wait is never long. It’s a typical Olive Garden chain and they’re consistent with what you would expect at any other location.

I love Italian food, and Olive Garden is great. I usually get shrimp Alfredo with soup and salad! Also, I get Alfredo dipping sauce for the bread! It’s delicious or maybe I’m just addicted to Alfredo! Lol, oh the peach tea is amazing, too.

food is good if you’re in the mood for generic Italian. I say better than the Carino’s down the road. service is hit or miss each time you go. worth it though for cheap & good unlimited soup &/or salad.

The closest OG to me, and it’s brand new! Yes it’s a chain, but it will always be a staple for good italian… and of course the salad and breadsticks. You just can’t go wrong. Friendly new staff, convenient location off BW8, it’s pretty big so not much of a wait either. They always have the classic favs, but add new dishes all the time. Will definitely be a regular!

Most amazing appetizers and food I’ve ever had. Breadsticks were the best I’ve EVER tasted and their Mojito was top notch.

I hadn’t been to Olive garden for many, many years. Tonight I was reminded why: bland Italian food in a family-type atmosphere. Too loud, too slow and not worth the time. Make lasagna at home, feel better about yourself.

I have never been a fan of olive garden. But since they decided to move into the neighborhood I decided to give them a shot. Food was pretty good. Had the Alfredo pizza. Could have been some more chicken on it. Friends all had spaghetti and one had the endless soups and salads. All were very delicious. Followed by a wonderful tiramisu for desert. Staff was very nice and visited the table often. Management was nice. Cons: they forgot our appetizers but were nice enough to comp them for us even though we didnt ask. Brought us some wrong dishes but completely fine since its a new place. Just maybe think they should start writing orders down. I noticed some tables around us were getting wrog orders too.
