This was the best experience Ever! The staff was very kind and careful. Jessica focused on the areas I complained about and when she finished, I think I melted on the bed :) 2 thumbs up for me!

A month ago my mother and I decided to relax. The best way for us to have relaxed is spa procedures. We chose Panacea Massage & Spa on the grounds of my friends’ reviews.
The administrative staff was very polite and helped us to chose the most appropriate spa package. We very satisfied with all services. We have spent our time at the best way.
Definitely will recommend for everyone.

Excellent massage service at the right price! Loved the receptionist and Ronald the therapist. They worked hard for my business and I felt the dedication. The Combination massage was very complete and with the hot stones add ons, my upper back tension was well relieved.

I had a two hour massage with Robert yesterday and he was absolutely fantastic. he also suggested some yoga moves and stretches that might help me with my problem areas I also got a facial and was also equally impressed with the aesthetician. The prices were fair the spa was beautiful and the customer service was amazing. I will definitely be back!

Angel did my deep tissue massage, and it was truly heavenly. She worked out all of my knots and tension and even did some stretching. Overall, relaxing ambiance, good location. Give it a try, and ask for Angel!

So Groupons for massages are always a crapshoot. I always check Unilocal first and this was no exception. The reviews were largely positive, but seemed a little sketch. Any I took the chance and am so glad I did. I got a couple’s massage. It was easy to get an appointment and everything was in order. My massage therapist, was FANTASTIC. This was by far the best massage I’ve ever had. The room was quiet with no noise from the hallway and it was easy to relax.
The best part is that after you’ve gone they frequently send offers for Groupon-​like pricing for future massages. I haven’t taken advantage yet, but definitely plan on it.
Verdict: buy the Groupon

Wow the pressure she applied was perfect, exactly what my body needed. I am so happy I had her as my therapist and definitely plan on seeing her again.
The reason why I didn’t give this place 5 stars, is because I wish it had more of a spa feel to it. It is hidden in the shopping center and upon walking in it’s not so inviting. Also, wish there was a lounge area after my massage to relax for a few minutes.
The lady at front desk was very nice! I called 15 minutes before and she was able to squeeze me in!
Overall, happy I found this place!

I don’t know where to start. The receptionist was nice, professional, and great assisting and doing her job. But Im not sure if I came out the same way I came in. I felt just okay. Apparently, I have no knots in my back because I’m 23. My legs were overheated at one point where I started sweating and fanning my legs by kicking up the sheets. The massage was good? Idk. It was my first professional massage. I have nothing to compare it to.
The masseuse rolled her eyes when I walked in, not sure why. Because I’m young? Dressed up to go somewhere (dinner after)? I felt like once she knew I was in the service industry, she started overselling a lot to the point where it got annoying. She was nice when we talked, and I understand the company is new and so is she, but it wasn’t enjoyable or as relaxing as I thought it would be. I’d love to try veteran masseuses or another place one day. She worked on me the ENTIRE TIME, which I absolutely loved, and never took a break. She worked on my back for a while, butt, then legs, shoulders, arms, hands, stretched me, and the a niiiice foot rub. Needless to say, she covered all the bases. She says she’s a really great massage therapist. And she seems very skilled, So don’t fire her. But it was awkward to tip her when she was in the receptionist’s area, I felt like that was unprofessional. It would’ve been the same ($ 15) tip, but I didn’t think she needed to stand there while I decided what to tip her. Maybe talk to staff about that. All in all, I’m not sure if I’ll need a massage or if I’ll be back.

Wonderful experience! The owner is extremely friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel valued. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the décor is very fun. The staff is professional and took their time, I didn’t feel rushed at all. Very happy.

The 2 massage therapists were very nice and professional. The room (for the couple’s massage) was nice and thoughtfully designed. The massage itself was on both ends of the spectrum; there were elements where she truly excelled … and then were parts that left much to be desired. Would I return? Yes, for the right price. Would I try out different therapists there? Yes. Would I be heartbroken if I never returned? Not really. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it also wasn’t one that’s ensured I will be coming back soon.

First time user. Very happy with my Sports Massage from Louise. Met the owner Rita who was very customer oriented and has created a great overall experience. I will return for my 2^nd massage in a week.
Follow up. After 5 visits have made real progress on healing my torn hamstring. No longer having to take Aleve twice a day every day and my golf game is improving. Great job Louise!

The therapists are highly skilled and you receive the entire appointment time from start to finish. An actual 30 minute or 1hr long massage is the full lot & the therapist never slows down.

My therapist was Natalie she was so kind and very professional, I got the chocolate scrub (out of this world) I think I fell asleep, Priscilla was such a sweetheart so knowledgable and accommodating (she’s an aesthetician) Both ladies were amazing and the atmosphere is so tranquil, I practice religiously across the street at Yogaone for the past 4 years wish I had found this place sooner ! They use yonka and image 2 of my favorite skincare lines!!! Go check them out!

When booking a massage appointment blind I lean heavy on Unilocal!After digging through a pile of places I took a chance on this one and I was pleasantly surprised!
I called and was able to book an appointment same day, score! Used the Unilocal deal $ 75 for $ 60. My 1 hour deep tissue massage with Summer has made me feel like a new person. She took the time to chat with me and structured the massage around my biggest problem areas.
The building itself leaves a little to desired with thin walls, ceiling tiles that «breath» when the front door opens and a loud phone ringer in the reception area. These things were far over shadowed by my fantastic massage!
I will definitely be back!

So, I have definitely had better. My husband scheduled a massage for me for Mother’s Day and this was the place. Not really sure how he heard about this place as he won’t share that info with me. Anyways, the place definitely needs an interior decorator like ASAP. Felt like I was at a little shop off Harwin. My therapist (Natalie) needs to cut her nails and abstain from wearing heavy jewelry as my hair got caught in her bracelets during the service. I also didn’t really appreciate listening to her send text messages during the session. Oh and she recommended I drink a lot of water, but never offered me anything to drink. When I got home, my husband asked if I enjoyed the chocolate covered strawberries. I didn’t know what the heck he was talking about. Apparently, they were doing that today for mommies, but Natalie forgot to offer those to me. Needless to say, I won’t be going back and would definitely not recommend. For the cost of this service, hubby could have scheduled me a posh massage at my favorite spa, Mokara. Disappointed.

I first booked a couples massage for my fiancé and I a few months ago and we have been coming back ever since! The staff is always so friendly accommodating and can always fit our busy schedules. My fiancé has chronic pain in his neck and shoulders and the therapists have all worked so well with him. Price is reasonable and I do receive email specials which always helps.

Love this place! Come here once a month for our couples massage and never leave disappointed! Definitely need to try out this place.

Great first time appt. at Panacea! The quality of the massage and the overall experience I received from my therapist, Natalie, was such a great start. She’s very knowledgable and professional and I was really impressed. I bought a package to continue with more therapy in the future!
