The staff aren’t overly friendly, but they are helpful. Every time I have walked in (I forget my charger a lot) someone asks if I need help finding anything. And even though I’m fairly certain every time I’ve purchased a charger from there it was in a different place, they still are able to point me in the exact spot immediately.
Also, the location is really convenient for me, right there in the Shops at Houston, that I can get to pretty quickly through tunnels and/​or skywalks.

Decent selection of products if you know exactly what you want, but not a great place to browse. I went in to find a new set of headphones for running — while they had a range of brands, the sales rep would not allow me to try them out (for both fit and sound quality). Why pay good money (some retailed for $ 80) if you don’t know what you’re getting?

Went here to get a chord on a break during work. Wanted to be in and out so I called ahead so that they would have it up front when I got there. Over the phone the girl told me this is the product that I needed, GREAT! I get there, wait for over ten minutes to be greeted. Felt like forever because I was in a hurry, but I will overlook that. At the counter she has the part we talked about over the phone, then tells me oh wait, I will need another product for this to work, DOUBLING the price. Wish she would have disclosed that information earlier, that is the reason I called ahead. I don’t have that much on me so the whole trip was a waste. Should have gone to Fry’s.
