Subway

This subway used to be okay but now the people are rude and slow. I am posting this review because the food has been getting worse and today was the last straw for me. I ordered a tuna on wheat, the bread, WASN’T BAKED AGAIN, just big thick dry bread and the tuna was sour, I had to spit it out. Another major subway foo pa is, they, the girl who works there, doesn’t know how to cut the bread; she cuts it all the way through, so all the ingredients fall out. I wouldn’t recommend this subway to anyone. I plan to call the owner to share this information as well so they can fix it before they lose more business.

It’s what you would expect from a subway. It is what it is. My only negative comment would be that the workers are pretty stoic, but I don’t really care too much for that. They do their job. I just want a good sandwich to eat and that’s what I get here.

This is a clean store, and the food is always good. The only problem I have is that I always end up having the same lady to make my food. This particular woman is always on the phone with her headset on and never hears anything I tell her because of it. I constantly have to repeat myself several times to her which is very frustrating. If she was not there, or just did a better job, I would give a great review of this place.

After what I could be thought of as waking the clerk up from a nap, I was brave enough to order a sandwich. Yes, that’s what happens at this location.
The sleepy atmosphere is most likely due to lack of traffic at this location — it’s off of Montrose and not well travelled. However, it’s a Subway — who cares?
Well, I got a basic and what looked to me as the freshest option for a sandwich as well as easiest to make (not toasted, no condiment and very little veg) given the dazy sleepy employee that worked there that still dribbled sleep from his face.
I got what I expected — nothing special. Maybe I’m burnt out on Subway, but damn, why should this be my experience?
Maybe another time is in order — I doubt that will occur but I will keep it in mind on a another day where Bahn Mi or other and better options are not immediately in my mind.
Eat fresh? Not at this place. It should start with attitude.

What can I say about a chain place? It’s the same as every other Subway, neither good nor bad. You can get a fairly decent sandwich for a fairly reasonable price. That’s about all you can expect. I don’t avoid Subway, but I also don’t rush to eat there. This location is clean and the staff are fairly friendly, though it’s that «fast food chain» forced-​to-​be-​friendly.
