«Dee» is the worst representation of a USPS worker! There is not ONE time Ive stopped by this branch where I do not see her be extremely rude to every single customer. There may be a line out the door but she always throws a sign up for«next window» to avoid work and stand there talking to other employees then makes rude remarks to customers in line. Today was the final straw as there was one person in front of me and when they left she put up the sign and left to the back. No one was at the counter and she reluctantly came up when a coworker called her asking what she was doing. She then had the nerves to tell me that I cannot wait in line to receive an acceptance receipt for my records. She gave me a speech about how I’m taking advantage of their free supplies, getting a discount by using my account online, and not supposed to wait in line and make them do additional work. She told me I can’t do this and need to drop off my packages and not hold up the line for that. As a business owner who just recently used your services because of the great rates, I will happily spend my money at FedEx where I will not get lectured over nonsense because I need to protect myself with an acceptance receipt!
