Went on May 5, 2016, at 8:38 pm. This is not fast food. This is slow and stupid food. It took 25 minutes to get 2 spicy chicken sandwiches through the drive-thru. First they gave my order to someone else. Then they said they were short-staffed. That was obvious since they only had one guy doing all the work. As I waited I spotted an employee trudging in with a giant bag of Popeyes fried chicken. That is where their priorities are at that Wendy’s. My son was with me and told me that earlier in the day he’d come to the same Wendy’s and an employee was sleeping in the dining area. NEVERGOINGBACK.

Nice and clean for a fast food restaurant. Service was very good also. Was a nice cool place to rest in between my sons ball games.

The restaurant was very clean and my salad was very delicious. I communicated with two employees, Veronica & a manager; they were extremely polite and exuded quintessential customer service skills.

This one looks a whole lot better now after the remodeling. Best part is the soda machine. Staff was ehh took awhile to get order from the lobby and they still forgot my dipping sauce for the nuggets. Also this one doesn’t offer the $ 1.99 child’s meal after 4pm like some of the other Wendy’s locations.

First time at this location. Arrived at 12:30 am after a long night at the hospital… You know we’re right near the med center after all. Pulled up to the drive through, sat and waited for about two minutes perusing my options on the menu and then *click* the lights go out… pull forward to the pick up window and make eye contact with an employee at which point I smile and nod. No acknowledgment. Finally after another 2 minutes of my awkward stare, her supervisor sees me out of the corner of her eye and opens the window. I ask, «are you guys still open?» Her response… «actually we’re trying to close…» At which point I respond with oh okay, should I just go to Whataburger? Well yeah if you don’t mind…” Point of the story is I ended up going to Whataburger down the street(9955 Main St Houston TX) and it was delicious, fast, and welcoming. Told the woman at the pick up window briefly what happened and I received a warm«welcome to texas!». Will never go to that Wendy’s again but recommend this WHATABURGER.

I enjoy eating from this wendy’s. They have maybe two employees who are on the rude side but the amount of excellent employees out weight the negative. There were only two times they have gotten my order wrong, but they easily fixed it.

The service here last night really tested my gangster. The employees here are beyond incompetent. And rude. I ordered food, paid, and got my drink and sat at a booth waiting for my order to be called. 10 minutes later, no food. I notice people who ordered after me are carrying their trays to the dining area, so I go to the counter to see what’s going on. I can see the hamburger I ordered sitting by the fries. Just sitting there. With receipt in hand, I say that I ordered food a few minutes ago. Stares. Blank stares. From everyone behind that counter. Even the other customers are staring at me. Ready for the real gem of this story? The cashier I just ordered from 10 minutes ago suddenly doesn’t remember me. «I don’t remember taking your order.» Well guess what? My bank account does. The receipt I have in my hand says so. But I don’t say that. I just stare back and her and watch as another employee slowly fills the order. No apologies. Not from the cashier, not from the manager standing right next to her. Nothing. I hope this place fails. I really, really, do.

The service was terrible! All the employees were clowning around in the back laughing and yelling out loud! Their oven was broken, so my mother couldn’t get what she wanted and she stayed hungry. The food I got was good though. Overall, this place could improve A LOT on customer service. One of the worst experiences ive had.

The bread is light and fluffy on the burgers, though they are on the small side. They have baked potatoes and chili, something you don’t see at every fast food chain. Sea salt fries and the occasional Frosty is what I come here for though. It’s great for a quick snack. Sometimes the fries aren’t that hot though. They use the big ketchup dipping packs!

Attitudes out the waaazooo… All i asked was if I could do two separate orders. I wasn’t asking the drive thru lady for her kidney. I proceed to order & when I asked for condiments I was not even acknowledge if I could get them or not. The food was nice & warm tho & i got everything i asked for. Now this has happen to me twice but the other times everything has ran smoothly so that’s why I gave it three stars.

If you want to experience great customer service, you have to come to this Wendy’s. Hopefully Tiffany will be working the register. You’ll be in for a treat! As for the food, it was great!

When I’m home and want a hamburger, but don’t have the supplies or energy to cook myself one, this is my go-to place. For some reason, this particular Wendy’s really knows how to do it right. There could be a long line of cars at the drive thru at any given time and I still get my meal hot, fresh and yummy within a matter of minutes. Every time I’ve pulled up to the speaker to place my order, the staff are always easy to understand, nice, patient and repeat my order to verify they have it correct. When I pull up to the window, they usually have a friendly greeting for me and ask me if I’d like any extra sauces. My order has always been correct and always looks like it was placed in the bag carefully. I know they say Wendy’s has«fresh» hamburgers. But, we all know they’ve been cooked before we order and the burgers sit in a warmer, where they get kind of leathery, depending how long they sit. Somehow, this Wendy’s burgers are usually juicy, fresh and hot. I’m a fan of Wendy’s, but some of them are definitely better than others. This one ranks up there with one of the best and most consistent I’ve patronized.

OK, part of being vegetarian is that it’s even easier to avoid supporting the whole Fast Food Nation thing. I can’t comment on the burgers because I don’t eat them(but the hubby loves them!). What I can comment on is this is possibly the FRIENDLIEST fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to, unless you count maybe small town Dairy Queens. The drive-thru staff is so nice; they always get our order right; and they always give us whatever condiments we ask for. The fries are delicious and are always hot. But you know what is really going to get me in trouble? Their Twisted Frosties! Vanilla with M&M’s NOMNOM! And they are SO much better than Sonic Blasts. You know how Sonic only puts the candy or cookie crumbs or whatever on top, and then halfway through it, it’s just plain ice cream? Not the case with these! M&M’s in every bite! The Verdict: This Wendy’s is boss. Yeah, I said that. They do it up!

You know when it’s real. Wendy’s little square patties are thin and probably one of my favorite fast food burgers. Besides their burgers they have the best value menu. Double stacks, bacon cheeseburger, chicken sandwiches, and best of all their chicken nuggets for a dollar. Also ever since they added the vanilla frostees I’m sold.
