I’ve had them out twice in the past 18 months. They were on time and professional both times. The first time, my AC had stopped running, and they replaced a small part that was covered under warranty. The second time, they fixed the drain pipe that was backed up and overflowing out of the secondary. The rebuilt and flushed the pipes and put some chlorine bleach tabs in there to keep the algae from building back up again. It cost me about $ 170. That’s more than I had hoped for, but it’s fair — about the norm for this service, I believe. They’ve done well for me, and I’ll keep using them.
