My cell screen cracked and I paid $ 120.00 but in the process they cut a wire which ruined the phone. They said to go to my phone company so they can fix it but that would cost more $. I asked for a refund to which the management informed me that they would have to put the cracked screen back on the ruined phone. Overall very disappointed with the service and the fact that they wouldn’t fix what the ruined or even give a refund.

I brought my phone here because I dropped it and cracked the screen and I’m one of those people who feel naked with out their phone, and they fixed it by the time I finished shopping. This was very convenient since I didn’t want to make two trips out. The technician was very thorough and informative when explaining the process to me. I would definitely come back here again. Brought both my galaxy s5 and iPhone 6plus in for repair, one with a Crack screen and the other with liquid damage from the pool. The guys are extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix both of the phones in a couple of hours. I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Wiz mobile fixed my iPhone screen. It cracked 5 days later in my purse. I brought it back and they said there was no warranty on it. The only offered to fix it for $ 75.00. The original price was $ 90, and I came back just 7 days later with a problem. It seems their product quality is extremely low, much safer to go with the Apple Store. Their original service was good, but they have no follow up customer service.

DON’T GO THERE!!! I would give them 0 stars if I cold. They «fixed «my wife’s iphone 5s 3 weeks ago and the screen fell off. Yes that’s right is just fell off of the phone. When we attempted to push it back in it got a small crack. I took it back today, and they said they wouldn’t do anything. They would repair it again and I would have to pay. I spent $ 150 to get it fixed and they don’t care that their shoddy workmanship resulted in my issue. I am actually in total disbelief that a company that I have spent about $ 400 in the last year at would just say too bad when they did something that caused my phone to be broken. They are a joke, I would recommend that no one uses them EVER!

Shattered Iphone screen and was able to stop by this location while out for lunch. The cheapest price for Iphone repair that I have seen. The BEST PART??? They were able to get it done in 30 mins!!!
What’s easier than being able to shop while getting some errands taking care of??? Nothing! Exactly! So head over to Wizmobile at Memorial!

I was headed out of town on a road trip to Austin when my iPhone 5s dropped on the sidewalk and shattered the screen! I called everywhere, no one had a 5s screen, except Wizmobile. They understood and sympathized that I was on the way out of town, and repaired it in 30 minutes. #lifesavers
