Aaron from this Aaron Bros did a WONDERFUL job helping me choose, and then re framing a beloved painting that had fallen and broken it’s frame.
He suggested special UV resistant plexiglass and found a 40% off coupon to go with a 10% off coupon. At 50% off, I could afford both Frame and new plexiglass (which needed to be replaced due to scratches and general uckiness from years of hanging).
The work was finished in less than 2 weeks and it looks beyond gorgeous!

Fast, Friendly Service with the New Management really ready to take care of it’s Customers (ask if they have any loose coupons in one of the drawers).
This is the way a business should be run, Customer Friendly with the materials and expertise to get things done RIGHT the first time.
This Aaron Brothers has my business from now on.

If you can help yourself, then it’s fine… but if you need ANY kind of help, don’t waste your time.
The staff here is just horrendous. I keep trying to give it a chance, but after this last visit I am done. I walked in and one of the staff was on the phone and it was VERY clearly a personal call. She just puts the phone to the side and says hello. I walk up waiting and then hear, «Hold on a second» and she then asks what I need. Maybe HANG UP your personal phone call and assist me? She then quickly brushed me off when I asked about them cutting a poster. I know they do this because they’ve done it for me before, but I suppose it was easier to tell me no than actually deal with a customer. Another staff member just looked at the entire exchange going down and did nothing.
Their prices are ridiculous too… Just go over to Michael’s where I have had nothing but wonderful service.
Not ever stepping foot in this store again. Corporate needs to really reel this store in.
