Adam’s Pool Service

Adam promised to have my pool ready for my 35^th wedding anniversary party on Sunday. He promised to come by Thursday evening & clean the pool. I called him 3 times Thursday afternoon/​early evening & he never returned my call nor did Adam come by my house to clean the pool as promised. I called him on Friday & he was out of town. He promised to have someone else come by to clean the pool. He never called to say who he had gotten to provide the service nor did he actually arrange for someone to fulfill the promise to have my pool clean for Sunday. I had to get another company to come out to provide the cleaning. I will NEVER use Adams Pool Service again. He blew off my business as if it did not matter. Well, as a customer, good service & following through on promises means a great deal to me. We had discussed having him for regular pool service, but after all of this occurred, he is fired.
