I was very pleased with my experience with Door 1. My garage code broke down and I didn’t have a key to fit the emergency key lift. My car was locked inside and I needed someone to fix it ASAP. I called and asked when was the soonest someone could be there and within an hour someone was outside my place. Brett was the guy who they sent and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I could tell he’s been doing this a long time and really knew his stuff which made me feel comfortable. Also, you pay by the hour, and I could tell he was doing his best to get everything done in under an hour, which it was. I will definitely use Door 1 for any future garage issues and am very thankful to have found them!

Mark at Door 1 Systems sent out to garage door repair men to my condo this morning. They were polite, professional and explained everything they were going to do before going it. I got a very competitive quote and excellent service. They fixed my garage door from going down too far and bending the support brackets. Then they tightened my spring making the door work faster and balancing the door. I am very happy with what they did. They were quick too, only 45 minutes. Great service, great price. I would recommend them to all my friends.
