I walked in here a few months ago, it was nice. The pool table was cool and the people were friendly.
Prices were ok too…
Definitely better than that other place across the street…

By far the best Vape Shop in Orange County. Yes, I said Orange County. When i first started getting into the vapes I knew nothing about them and I’m still not the most knowledgeable when it comes to them. I have been to several different vape shops all around the OC and when I came to this one, I was amazed. I feel like I was cheated and used for money at every other shop except Hang Loose. Plus they have the best flavors around as well. Their customer service is above and beyond, Eli goes the extra mile to help my boyfriend and I out with anything. Totally awesome people and they’re super nice. I haven’t ever received customer service like they do, and I work at Best Buy, I know customer service. BEST vape shop around. Good job guys!

Amazingly good customer service. I came here last night to purchase my first vape and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful owner Eli and his wife were. They made sure I wasn’t leaving until I was 100% satisfied. Their highly knowledgable in their field of work and are willing to help you find what suits you best. So whether you are a beginner or veteran in vapes, I highly recommend you visit hang loose!!!

These guys are new in town and we all wish them the best. Very friendly. Cool shop — you can relax and play a game of pool! Since they are north of down town HB you have to make the trek up to them, but well worth it.

I like this spot. Super friendly people and a spacious comfortable atmosphere. The owner Eli was very helpful when I was looking for a new favorite flavor. Huge menu. Giant selection. I’ll be back for sure!
