McDonald’s

This McDonald’s sucks.
Their workers always lie what they can or can’t do. They are just lazy.
We came for the breakfast menu, they say no has browns. On the way home it says hash browns included in the 24/​hr menu. They just didn’t want to do it.

Slowest drive thru ever, actually ridiculous since McDonalds microwaves their food now.

I’m not one to base a whole restaurant on one experience but i didn’t get my drink I had to ask. The people never talked I even tried to kill them with kindness but that didn’t work. They still didn’t answer. They called the wrong number for my order cuz I was 200 and they called 2 overall bad experience but the food was great I always loved McDonald’s maybe it’s cuz it so bad for you and I never actually get it but overall not expecting to have that kind of experience at a huge chain like that peace

I’ve been craving their fries. Went last week and was disappointed when they were old and over cooked. Needless to say I still had a craving for their Fries since my craving wasn’t satisfied before. I even put in a special request letting her know what happened during my previous visit and would like if she could make sure they are a fresh batch. She agreed and I drove off. When I got home I was furious to find out they were the same cold, hard and over cooked fries like I previously experienced. Is this their New Standard now? All I know is there won’t be a third attempt. Never Again

I give this McDonald’s a half star. The customer service is terrible! I contacted the corporate office about the poor customer service and all they did was forwarded my message to the owner of this location. And I never received a call back about my horrible service. Avoid this location!

Always good, always friendly… no matter what hour you decide to patron this location.

I really don’t like your attitudes of any of the employers and usually you get my order wrong but the guy who just made me my ice cream (my orders are very particular and complicated) made it literally perfect and just the way I wanted it to be. It tasted sooooooo damn good. He works the drive through and when I ordered it was probably 2:30. So props to you, man. If you guys made my ice cream as well as he did all the time, I’d come back every day hahaha

They constantly get my order wrong when it’s simple. The staff are careless. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to another one. They WILL mess up your order!

Why even bother reviewing a Mc Donalds? Great question that I don’t have an answer for but as a consumer Unilocal is a great place to share how you feel.
As a fatty, I enjoy ice cream alot. To a fault. I crave it in all forms. I love soft serve and hot fudge sundaes and all that. However, service plays a big part into my enjoyment. If I get treated like garbage when I am paying someone for that ice cream, then I enjoy it less. THis McD’s has awful McD-​bag employees who are day ruiners. They don’t smile or talk even– just grunt and point. It’s hard to get in and out of too. Boo.

Stay away! They never get my order correct even after repeating it three times and confirming it on the screen. «No Cheese ««No QUESO» please. I get home and there is cheese. I can’t eat cheese. MANAGEMENTS FAVORITE THING TO SAY IS I’M SORRY. They should drive over the order.
This location sucks!

Gotta love any place that has a bicycle rack in the form/​shape of a bicycle.
This is a VERY conveniently located Mc Donalds. It’s a Mc Donalds, so what else could you want? It’s fine. You have entry level people working there so what do you expect? Maestros Elite Edition with a drive-​thru? The place is usually clean and food is adequate. I normally just get the vanilla cone and go. Or a large diet Pepsi for $ 1, no ice please.

Quick. Convenient. Cheap. Always honors coupons and participates in national promotions. Newly remodeled. What more can you ask for from a Mickey Ds? Been going here for yeArs and never had any problems whatsoever. Yeeahhh (been) lovin it!

This McDonalds is newly remodeled and they did a great job adding more room and great outdoor area to eat. The drive thru has two ordering lines that merges into one; thus, making the line very fast and effective. Lots of seniors hang out here all day taking up space as if this was a library. They have a sign asking people to not take up more than one hour… Eat and get the hell out so new customers can sit down and eat. I have to say this place is very well kept and the service is better than most. Plenty of parking but limited seating area inside but great outdoor seating on a beautiful day. The food is consistent with other McDonalds. I come here for a quick snack after surfing before going home often.

This place is a hit or
miss, usually on point during the day shift though. However, late night hours
and early AM hours are usually a fail.
My issue is that I am always eating
during the hours this location is a fail. Maybe if I ate during the day shift hours, my rating would be a 4 or 5 stars.

Ok, so a few days ago I drive through at 5am and had to wait for, no joke, 25 minutes! And there was only One person ahead of me!!! I couldn’t back out since there were people behind me. Their excuse was that they opened 30 minutes earlier, delivered with attitude, I’d like to add… What??? No extras offered, nothing. Do they not understand that I would not be up at 5 if I didn’t need to be somewhere?
Today, at 7am, I roll through and order a sausage egg Mcmuffin, an egg white Mcmuffin and a hashbrown. First, I did not get the hashbrown so had to go back in and get it. Then, I open my sausage egg Mcmuffin and it was an egg white Mcmuffin with sausage. WTF??? So, the second time I go in, not only do they again neglect to offer me anything for my two trips inside, but they give me attitude and an excuse, again!!!
No more for me here and, if you value your time and getting orders right, then you won’t go either.

Very clean and very friendly staff. One of the most organized and cleanest Mcdonalds I have seen.

stopped by their drive-​thru on 7−19−13 MFY SIDE. Person taking order sounder too nasaly to understand but I was clear on what I ordered. I drove through and picked up my order. Later when I was already away I noticed I was over charged. Guy who took my order over charged me and added for a Medium coffee to my bill without telling me. I didn’t notice it until I was already on road. I called 714−377−9201 Daniel but his phone line is conveniently always BUSY, WTF? If you visit this drive-​thru, check your receipt. Me, I won’t stop by this MCRIPOFF

This McDonald’s just got a remodel some months ago and looks really nice. Why am I eating at a McDonald’s? I just finished watching Supersize Me and Fat Head and both movies made me hungry for McDonald’s, lol!
I actually only came for an apple pie and a chocolate milk shake. The milkshake tastes exactly how I have always remembered it from even 20+ years ago. Not a bad thing. The apple pie was a little lukewarm for me and this taste has definitely changed for me. I remember this thing tasting better those 20+ years ago.
What else can I say about this McDonald’s or any McDonald’s? Well, I will say one more thing, the people who worked here are pretty nice.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s location for their breakfast items for years now. However, I never know what kind of service I will receive. They’ve remodelled and now have 2 drive thru ordering lanes. This morning, sonny wanted a breakfast sandwich and I placed the following order via drive-​thru:
(1) No. 2 Breakfast Combo — Sausage McMuffin with egg, hash brown, and small coffee. I asked for an orange juice instead of the coffee.
(2) Large Iced Non-​Fat Latte w/​Non-​Fat Vanilla Flavored Syrup.
Then the lady working the drive-​thru service repeats my order to me and says:
— Egg McMuffin No Cheese
— Hot Latte
— What else did you want?
I repeated my order and it was delivered as placed. This McDonald’s is inconsistent in service but my breakfast orders have usually been hot and «A-​OK». Just check your drive-​thru orders to make sure you have been provided with all of your items and napkins. 3 Stars

I ordered the Angus Mushroom & Swiss for $ 4.09.
The Beef was juicy and delicious. The Mushrooms were good.
An excellent Burger from this Drive Thru.
