McDonald’s

This drive thru is the worst. I try. I really try and have patience with them. But I’m done! The screwed up my order yet AGAIN! When I called, the girl who answered the phone actually tried arguing with me telling me she packed the bag herself and she put in the right amount of cheeseburgers. Well, then why was I short a burger? Am I going crazy?
What kind of supervision do these kids get? Obviously not any customer service skills when answering the phone. First rule when answering the phone: smile. It will begin to diffuse an upset caller right away. 2. Identify yourself. — yes, use your name. It further personalizes the conversation. 3. Ask how you may be of service to them. THEN SHUT UP AND LISTEN! This is the most important part. Do not interrupt them, let the caller finish. Remember, they are your customer. Their patronage pays your salary.
It can go a few different ways from there, but it’s a start.
Anyhow. I filled out the survey on my receipt. It wasn’t a pleasant review. At the end, it asked if I would like to be contacted by someone from McDonald’s and I said yes. Let’s see how this goes.

Ok so why this McD location when you have so many too chose from? We like this place because This one has been here forever with or without the normally found good or bad staff issues or people’s food shortcomings or preferences. What made this McD good for us is the promo for this Wednesday and every Friday for Filet o Fish sandwiches. It is a flaky square of white cod with a half slice of cheese with their special tangy tartar sauce that is stacked inside of a so soft and chewy bun. Pair this with their freshly made French Fries and a sweetened ice tea and you come away happy. This place is always clean inside, and The crew was fine today and the food came without much waiting. We like helping ourselves to drinks and there was no concerns with the restroom or the parking lot. All said, we had a good lunch experience at this McD today.

They dumb. Asked for a double quarter pounder was charged for double quarter pounder but only got a quarter pounder… Ty guys my milkshake was also runny

There’s something shady about this MCD. I have been here around 1 am several times and they are «only taking cash at this time». Seems like employees may be pocketing the cash…

Fransica the manager was the worst example of customer service i have ever seen. My wife and i went through the drive through, where their menu states 2 for 2. So we ordered 2 mcdoubles and 2 mc chicken sandwiches. We went to the drive-​through window and was told sorry but the posted menu was wrong and it is not 2 for 2. So my wife went in to speak with the manager and was told to leave, wasn’t given our original recipt and was
call the manager in the morning. So i went in to clear up why A we had no food and B why the manager on duty wouldn’t resolve the situation with my wife. She refused to speak with me and when i asked for general managers phone number she refused to give me his contact information. Wow! Thanks Fransisca!

I haven’t been to McDonalds in months! This is my first time here and no bad review for this one. It’s clean inside and not a lot of customers (5pm). The workers were friendly and a very big place!

I don’t dine at McDonald’s very often then once in a long while I dine here for breakfast. I took advantage of the breakfast coupons I got in the mail when they were starting to serve breakfast all day. The coupon I had was for to buy one sausage egg McMuffin and get one free. Also I got harsh browns and mocha McFrappes when we decided to have brunch. The food taste very fresh and delicious here better than previous times.
Parking is limited when its not a huge parking lot like some other locations of McDonald’s. I think the parking lot is smaller when its on a busier street that most people take their order to go or go through the drive thru.

Got the cinnamon cream cheese pastries and after putting the last bite of the first pastry into my mouth realized there are ants all over the box and second pastry. I wanted to puke. Went back to get my money back and look over at the pastry display and there are ants running rampant in the box. So disgusting I will never be eating here again!

While food is typical McDonald’s standard. It’s the staff here that’s rude. Especially the Drive-​thru staff! they’re RUDE! okay I get that you’re not going to be in front of the customer initially but your tone of voice and choice of words is equally as important in customer service. Several times I had a female sounding bored and rude and then a male staff! Who’s hiring these People?! they’re ghetto and rude! And this supposed to be one of the nicer locations… Skipping it now… Can’t stand rude drive thru staff!

These guys don’t deserve even 0 starts they need like negative 500.
Rude, unfriendly, impatient employees who don’t understand anything
They refuse to give sauces
Hell no I can have every single sauce if I want to if I’m willing to pay for it.
They always forget to give you a part of your order,
Coffee tastes like shit cause they forget the hazelnut part.
Fries are gross and old.
Drinks are watered down.
Orders take forever and are messed up,
And if you try to check your food you’ll get the worst attitude ever.
1^st food place where I turned off my car at drive thru apologized to people behind me even tho they were cheering me on and cussed out the drive through person.
Have never gone back since and told my whole family as well.

10 Yrs giving this place a chance. I have many complaints over the years and I have learned its just fast food. But the service in general is just getting worse. I got the wrong order and coffee this week through the drive-​thru. I came into the store to get the order replaced and I was treated like the error was my mistake. I had to deal with this young man with the shift leader title, who had zero management skill. Shame on management here that allow this stuff to happen over and over again! I decided they will no longer get my $ 6-​$ 7 bfast money. There’s always something better elsewhere.

It’s McDonald’s. Come on
I don’t expect them to be nice or give great customer service as long as they get my order right I’m happy

Horrible customer service! As if McDonald’s could get worse… well it can. That one time you are starving and have to get something… well don’t go here! Lol

If you’re looking for a McDonald’s stacked with every homeless guy in the area, that’s the one!
And if you ask to get hot water added to your espresso, the nice Mexican gentleman at the front, will say «That’s 0.85 cents my friend», — and a «friend» would not do that…

This location was downright impressive! The place is immaculate! From the restroom to the dining area. There was plenty of parking. Plenty of seating. And the food was delicious!!! This is what a fast food five star restaurant looks like!!!

I know it’s fast food, but for 25 years McDonald’s to me has been their nuggets and fries, and this place does not do the fries well, and sometimes can’t even manage the nuggets. If you care what your fries taste like, you may have to ask for fresh fries when you eat here. Most of the time the taste is of long heat lamp times or bad oil. The other things I’ve ordered have been fine, just the nuggets and fries.

I went to the drive through to order a double filet-​o-​fish and a large fries. When I got to the pay window my large fries some how got switched to a small fries so I end up paying a couple more buck for the different. Then when I got home and open my order, I got a freaking mighty simple quarter pounder with cheese instead if my fish sandwich. How am I suppose to eat this when its lent Friday. And even worst I don’t know what I paid for since I don’t have the receipt

Everyone: It’s McDonalds, we all know how the food is. It’s fast food for sake, so for the ones that complain because their dollar burger didn’t look the photo… really!
Now, why 5-​stars? The people here make the difference. I come here every time because my kids love their happy meals and am always greeted with a smile. That’s what you call customer with a smile. If your order is wrong, they are always happy to make it right.

This location was only taking cash and did not offer any ways to accommodate me. It was embarrassing to have the cars behind me reverse out so that I could reverse and get out of the drive-​thru area because the second lane was closed. Idk why they were only taking cash seemed odd.

The drive thru is a double and they are fast! Great grab and run. Inside they are so slow.
