Sandwich artist spoke virtually no English and screwed up the order two times. She also did a half ass job sloping together a basic sandwich, turkey, ham, bacom, lettuce, cheese and lil mayo. I mean I get it with someone new to English and I’m patient with people, but this «sandwich arrist» had absolutely zero fucks to give today. Come on Subway, you’re better than this… at least I hope.

Usually i get great service he but tonight this employee luis was really rude slopped my sandwitch together and would not make eye contact id rather deive a few miles out of the way too go too another sub way. I asked a price of something and he said look at the board… Wont be back here

My second and last visit to this subway. I ordered a turkey and bacon sandwich to go. When I got home there was no cheese way to much mayo even after I said easy on the mayo, I had to scrape off some of the mayo, the bacon was so over cooked it had a burnt taste. I also asked for avocado there were like 2 little thin slices and I paid extra for that along with burnt bacon.
The sandwich just did not tasted good. Will not be back to this Subway.

I stopped because it’s in my way to work They sell coffee but ONLY offer reg sugar! No Bueno! What if a diabetic person needs Splenda or equal. This is the 3rd time in the past month ½ and they still don’t have it so it’s not that they are just out. So if your coming to this subway for coffee bring your own Splenda

The woman working tonight was sweet, helpful, and extremely nice.
It’s refreshing to see people actually trying and giving a damn about their jobs.

Went there this morning some girl named Maria was there and it took her forever to finally help me even when I was the only customer in there. So finally she got to me put on gloves preparing my sandwich she put it in the oven meanwhile it was in the oven she decides she wants to take the dirty cart to the back and picks something up from the floor. The timer goes off she comes back with the same gloves and asks what veggies I want I confront her nicely about why she didn’t use new gloves and she ignores me. No wonder people get sick never coming back here again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went here thinking they have 1 and a half star review, but how hard could it be to put sandwiches together? Obviously the woman who made my sandwich couldn’t handle the pressure of one family in line behind me. She put my vegetables in the middle and didn’t evenly distribute them on the sandwich. Who wants to eat a sandwich where all the vegetables are piled in the middle? How difficult is it to understand how to make a sandwich? Don’t eat here

Came in here on Sat morning (9-​27-​2014), with my wife and 9 year old son… No other customers… Except unhappy employee Felisha ! No hello, no good morning, did NOT raise up her head or eyes once to make eye contact during 5 – 6 minutes, every word came out of Felisha was with attitude… My wife was asking me something along with my son, while Felisha decided to ramble on over what we were saying… Do not eat here… Lost our business. Hope management reads this.

NORMALLY, the service is a-​okay. Today however, the girl making our sandwiches was just freaking rude.
i guess she was too busy whispering away to her co-​worker.
not once did she give is eye contact or any type of smile. only a «what do you want?» or «what else?» when we were choosing our veggies/​condiments.

Went in for a veggie delight. Asked for extra spinach. The lady making the sandwich informs me that she cant add extra because she will get in trouble. Whatever. I ask for avocado and they’re out. Look. Stop acting like these are organic vegetables coming out of your personal stash and make my fuckin sandwich!

I GOT FOOD POISONING! I used to come here every morning to get the same sandwich. One morning, I got my usual sandwich and went to work. Within 30 minutes of eating the sandwich (while I was at work) I got extremely sick. My insides hurt so bad. I went to the Huntington Beach Hospital because I couldn’t stop vomiting and my stomach hurt to the point where I could not handle it.
Subway gave me 4 tickets for free subs. No way am I ever eating at another subway again.
They lost a long time customer.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to!!! Seems as if they use half the amount of stuff as other places. Also they had a whole bunch what seems like bad avocados in the area… those should have been thrown out. I ordered a $ 3 breakfast combo and wanted to substitute a juice for the drink and said I could pay the 25 cents it said on the menu or the difference. They said no. Every other subway I’ve been to has always been ok with that. This place blows !
