Verizon

I went in with a friend so she could upgrade her phone, and I was so impressed with the service and since my AT&T contract was up I decided to make the switch from AT&T to Verizon. I worked with one of the managers Roosevelt and he was extremely helpful! I highly recommend visiting this Verizon location.

I initially had a bad experience and posted a review on Unilocal.I was immediately responded to by someone at the Verizon store indicating that they would address my concern. I just went back and had a great experience with a young lady named Erika. Great job turning a bad experience into a good one! 5 stars!

Totally useless. Been here twice, had to wait 40min to an hour to get someone to speak to you. However, they are acting like trained monkeys with a tablet. If the tablet shows an error, then they wouldn’t know what to do next. After a lot of back and forth, they provided me with wrong informations and had me come back next day (waited 40 mins again) just to tell me that «sorry, previous person had the wrong information…». I ended up going to T-​mobile next door, and solved my problem within 10 minutes. Too bad I’m stuck with Verizon wireless with my current contract.

By far, one of the BEST Verizon Wireless Stores on Long Island… You want a great friendly atmosphere with the BEST staff in Suffolk County? Walk in, say hi and ask for Erika, Roosevelt, Mike W., Amanda or Todd… They will take care of you, as if you are family… No outrageous sales pitches… No nasty, pushy sales, people… Just a great CORPORATE store that has a great vibe… I travel from Nassau because they really know how to make you feel like family… Don’t get me wrong, Nassau has a great store in Rockville Centre, led by Richard and his staff, on Sunrise Highway… Also if you are in Massapequa, Paul and Christian are the two guys to see… By far these are the three best stores on Long Island… I just am VERY fond of Huntington Station… Verizon hands down has the best footprint as far as wireless carriers go… Verizon also has my three favorite stores, Huntington Station, Massapequa and Rockville Center… Great staffing in all three of these stores… You won’t sign a 2 year contract, but a lifetime contract if you ask and deal with the above mentioned employees that I recommend…

Stephanie is awesome. She just fixed my phone when I walked in the door. She took my name, I mentioned my problem, she tapped my phone 3 times and it’s fixed.

Service is so slow. Staff must be lonely because they socialize with customers while other customers are just sitting there and waiting. They make you sign in like they do in the apple store… seems like they’ve jumped on the iBandwagon. Their stock never gets filled. Staff is not knowledgeable.

Walked in looking for a phone cover and was met with a very pushy middle aged woman, not answering my question, but pushing a 89.99 cover on me. I think not !
Great customer service has left the building here along with me.

Went into This Verizon store finally to upgrade my phone.
I walked in it was not very crowded, and a gentleman took my name and put it on the list. I believe i was second, I Might of waited 5 minutes tops.
I got a really nice sales woman to help me, Her name was christine D.
I Bought the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 in white.
Christine was extremely nice and very pleasant to work with.
After she activated the phone for me, she asked if I wanted her to move my contacts and create any email accounts for me.
Wow that was great she brought over all my contacts and added 4 email accounts for me.
I would highly recommend this store and definitely Christina, she was definitely a doll to work with.
Best customer service i have ever had in a Verizon store.
This particular Verizon store is properly the biggest one i have ever been into as well.
Kudos to this Verizon store.

The Wireless store near the mall is very helpful, wait time is minimal, they’re polite, & helpful. The mini store in Walt Whitman Mall, they make you feel like you’re bothering them by asking them questions, I won’t bother going back to the one in the mall.
