This apartment complex is horrible! In the past week alone our water has gone out 3 times and no hot water at least twice. We have our pipes backed up with dirt of inadequate plumbing repairs. When we moved in half our outlets didn’t work and they were fixed only a few months ago after we complained for a year. The on site laundromat is a joke. Its cheaper to go down the street to the laundromat and your clothes are actually clean. The air conditioner barely works. When we moved in it was all bills paid, but when we renewed our lease (unfortunately had to) they jacked up our rent and then 2 months later we had to start paying water and sewer. This place is ridiculous!!!

If you move here you will see exactly what I mean by FILTH. This place is disgusting and the owners of this complex could care less about you… but rest assured they are sitting pretty and living good. I have called the city a few times due to all my maintenance requests being ignored. I have dealt with roaches, molds and a sewer backed up in my unit resulting in a flooded bathroom and hallway. Various people have moved into the nearby apartments in the 5 years I’ve been here and some of these people are obviously on drugs or deal drugs.
