I’d been visiting this salon off and on for 5+ years, only allowing the owner Miss Linda to perform services for me. Oh! She was a godsend, she was gentle and particularly paid attention to detail. Today while I was in the area, I visited the place. Miss Linda did not work there but to my surprise, I decided to give the new owners a try. So wrong! I informed the technician to be gentle, she didn’t comprehend or listen because shortly after she dug so hard under my toenail with the Cuticle Pusher and Cleaner, I screamed ouch. Thereafter, I decided it’d be best to end my services. Underneath my toe still hurts and I’m not inclined to go back or refer anyone to this place, as the saying goes you get what you pay for. You try to be cheap and you’ll get poor service.
