I usually don’t write bad reviews but this place was awful. I’ve not been to an Arby’s that was this bad before. My girlfriend and I were on our way to visit her family and stopped off here to grab something quick. 50 minutes later, at the drive-thru mind you, we finally got our food. We seriously felt like the people who were in the building had just broken in to rob the place and we ruined their gig so they fumbled around and made us food to cover it. It was that awful. If you’re REALLY in need of an Arby’s fix, I suggest going downtown at the South St. location.
