First time to Indy, first time trying White Castle. Another scratched off my bucket list. I live in Cali so all we got is In-​n-​out. Great staff.

Dear Unilocal,
This location is almost always fast and friendly. But when they’re off their game, boy are they off! Twenty five minutes to get your food, because their line doesn’t know how to multitask? Crazy talk!
However, don’t miss the early show: before 9 every morning is when the kindly old former navy black gentlemen hang out, and they make it worth the trip.

This white castle is pretty decent, most times they are nice and accurate with orders. I like the fact that they now have where you can use an app to place your order before you get there and the waits usually aren’t as long as other white castle locations

A little less attitude from the help and more focus on friendly customer service. WC is an icon and deserves better from the a few of the finger wave under fishnet crew.
