There is an extra convenience fee apparently due to their proximity to the convention center($ 10 in my case). If you don’t mind walking a few blocks, you can save money by going to the UPS store — it was almost half the price.

I needed copies for this presentation to hand out. Customer service person behind the counter was helpful and directed me to the correct machine for my needs. Pricing is wayyyy too high for Color copies(Full service places all over town will take an emailed file for ½ the price of this«self service» location will), but no problems with the facility.

4 stars for saving me on a Sunday with a printing errand. At 4:30pm in downtown Indy, there are not many options for having something printed or copied. In fact, there were no options aside from this FedEx print shop. Everything else was closed. I rushed here from Monument Circle and got here at 4:50pm. Scrambling up the escalator in the Marriott, I was greeted by someone who helped me out without a problem. I had about 15 pages of double sided material that I needed copied single-sided. I just gave it to the clerk and she made it happen in minutes without any stress. I was concerned that they wouldn’t want to help me 10 minutes to closing time, but it was no stress whatsoever. Phew.

Went to this FedEx today to ground ship a box. The shipping was $ 35 but this kiosk charges a $ 25 handling fee! That’s over 70% of the cost to ship the box cross country! FedEx really needs to revisit this fleecing of their customers. Avoid this location at all costs!
