I will say they are quick. However, quality is just as important as speed. I even asked the guy when I grabbed the bag, «double meat right?» He said, «yessir.» I stop and get a sandwich on my way to work because it is THE ONLY meal I’ll eat all night for 12hrs. That’s what makes this so disappointing. I sit down to eat my lunch and no only does my «BigJohn» look like a school lunch sub, but it has ham on it. Ham? Really guys… ham? Let’s read the menu again guys. Big John is ROAST BEEF! Plus I paid for double meat. How do you screw that up. It’s a simple sandwich. Roast beef, lettuce, tomato, mayo… Double meat. If that’s to hard, go home. This has happened twice this week. Look at my other reviews, hardly any negative reviews, so I’m not here just complaining only. Most of the time get on here and praise where it’s due, but this time it’s not due. The dude taking my order was very polite and he even repeated the order back properly. Total was over $ 8 for a drink and sandwich, money wasted to be disappointed. Step it up guys! I won’t even go to the night I pulled up at 9:25pm on a Friday and your lights were off and the drive thru light was on and as I pulled up you said, «lights are off, we’re closed man!» And then shut off the menu lights. This location needs closed!

I ordered a sandwich and it came to my hotel lobby a half mile away only 4 minutes after I hung up. Quick as hell, tasty, cheap.

Been to many JJs before… not THE best sandwich place that I’ve had, but way better than Subway. I stopped for lunch and picked up orders for the coworkers. Everything was good, fresh ingredients. But the customer service was nothing to write here about. That’s all I’m going to say about that.

I have never been to a restaurant that does not provide salt & pepper until I went to Jimmy Johns. If you are getting your order to go and you just want tap water, there are no lids for the cup they give you. They did not provide any napkins and there were none on the counter. Surely they have them… somewhere. Last, I wish I could say the sandwich was good, but the bread was a bit too hard on the outside and the end of the bun was tough and inedible. The roast beef consisted of about four thin slices of meat. Someone at work told me they had good sandwiches. Can’t prove it by me. Will not be going back.

I ate this on Tuesday night ordered from the motel loved it. The food was delicious and delivery was fast.

I’ve eaten Jimmy Johns all over the country and this location decides to bomb me with mayo missiles! No need for ½ cup of mayo for one sandwich. Lame!
Edited my review from 3 to 2 stars for soggy, flavorless, gross tomatoes. Not impressed.

It was ok. I’ve been to a JJ’s before and it is about what I expected. I was craving the Unwich (sandwich in lettuce leafs vice bread) when I came in and it filled that want. It’s quick and easy but the staff weren’t very friendly — they were just there. Average experience.

Jimmy John’s advertises «freaky fast» delivery so I started my stopwatch after I submitted the order from the iPhone app. I’m staying at a hotel so I went down to the lobby to wait. The delivery guy showed up with less than 6 minutes on the stopwatch! Truly amazing.
Also, I’m trying to cut back because you can always be thinner, look better… So even though they are famous for their secret recipe french bread, I hesitantly ordered the wheat. It was just as great if not better. I could eat these sandwiches for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Cant lie, thought it’d be another bullshit SUBWAY type spot, but it’s pretty good. Plus, cant hate a place that spits out sandwiches sixty seconds after you order one.
I recommend the chocolate chip cookies AND the chips! the chips… oh, so good!
