Hostess did not even greet us. She was clueless and backing the line up so the manager sat us in the bar area. The waitress then asked for our ids. One of us wasn’t 21 yet so she decided to move us to the «garage» area with no tvs and no other humans there. We decided to leave. Terrible experience and stupid situation.

I was disappointed that the chicken entrée I was interested in has been discontinued. So I decided to try the healthy option of tilapia for $ 11.99. I got the seasonings separate. The veggie topping was OK. I liked the herb but don’t know what kind it was. I enjoyed my sweet potato and broccoli. The complimentary rolls were different (looked weird) but edible.
Be careful as I was later told that there are two kinds of tilapia they make.

This review would be between 2 and 3 stars. The atmosphere was fine. Loving country music is a must because it is on the loud side. Ordered the prime rib but it was lukewarm to cold and had the faint liver flavor you get with steak sometimes when cooking. It was ordered med rare and edged towards medium. The staff was nice and everything arrived quickly. I wish the food would have been better.

This Logan’s location is on point! The wife and I have been here a handful of times and her steak has been cooked perfectly every time. The chances of a restaurant cooking a steak perfectly that many times has the same chances as Obama being re-elected next term. Impossible!!! Thank God by the way that Obama can’t be! But anyway great food, free bread, amazing ranch dressing, free peanuts… I mean come on this place is literally the best steak house in my opinion. Price is right, nice atmosphere, and amazing food! Come here and enjoy heaven on a plate with a few nuts thrown in for free!

Always a perfect steak… every. single. time! Not the cleanest floors (you can throw your peanut shells down but sometimes you’ll find other things people have thrown down, like pickles or lemons). Onion Brewski steak is amazing, such great flavor. The grilled veg skewer is equally awesome. Everything is perfectly seasoned. The mashed potatoes the one food let down. The ranch dressing is homemade and delish on the fresh salads!

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. No wonder why they are completely dead on a Friday night.
The service was horrible. Our server, Dajanee, took our order and that’s about it. She sat at the booth behind us and stood at the kitchen talking to her coworkers as we needed refills. She never checked back on our food and didn’t even give us an option for dessert. Usually, I am understanding because I am server myself, but this was uncalled for.
As the managers walk around doing nothing the servers all stand in front of the guest undoing each other’s aprons. If they spent as much time with their guests as they did messing with each other’s aprons maybe they’d have more business.
NEVER coming back to this restaurant.

Delicious. 2 for 13.99 deal for Mon-Wed all day or Thurs-Sun 3−5pm. Or get an app and shareable dessert for 19.99. So we got endless rolls and peanuts, an appetizer, 2 entrees with 2 sides each, and a huge dessert for 20 $ cant beat it, plus really nice service. Bartender served us, super nice guy and kept my refills coming constantly!

Our last visit to Logan’s was less than stellar, which is too bad because I really want to like this place. Upon entering, the restaurant was less than ¼ full, but 3(!) people argued over who was going to seat us, because, in their words, they were «doing something else». When someone (I assume the manager came to seat us) we mentioned that we were getting ready to leave and go somewhere else, he said «We’re all doing something else»…and it came across to me as rather argumentative. We weren’t off to a good start.
My wife’s meal was quite good, my salad and potato was very good, but my steak (the one covered in fried onions) was so tough I had a hard time cutting it with a steak knife. I didn’t bring it to the manager’s attention because I felt like we had been there far too long already.
All that said, we’ll give it another try and hope the staff gets some training on how to interact with customers.

Service wasn’t the greatest and my steak was tuff. Definitely not worth the money. The caesar salad and dinner rolls seemed to be the best thing on the table tonight.

This had been one of our regular weekly steak joints.
We have noticed a change in management over the last few months. Not in the good way.
We normally seat in the bar because we like to check the score. We noticed our favorite bartender was gone a few months back and things haven’t been the same. Service is hit or miss depending on the night and we have had to walk out due to lack of service and professionalism.
Don’t have people waiting for almost 10 minutes because you are carrying on a conversation with other customers. Then hand me dirty menus to pass down before you walk back behind the bar.
We walk in and look to see if our server is there if not we leave. We are not willing to pay for ok food and poor service. With the right server things are great, but when she is not taking care of us… downhill.

Great steaks, cooked like you want them. The waiter asked us to cut into the steak and taste it to see if it was to our satisfaction. Server was extremely attentive and pleasant. Overall great place to have dinner. And the prices are right also.

This place is not worthy of any stars. We always give a place a second chance before we complain. This was the second time our meal was so bad it was not edible. I ordered the chopped steak and it just looked really bad. Then I tasted it and yes it tasted as bad as it looked. When I told the waiter about it his reply was that it is not a steak and is more like hamburger. I think I was aware of that. The manger came over and when we told him that our meals just were not good he acted as he was lost for words. He never apologized and just walked away. Never again will I waste my time or money at Logan’s.

It’s actually unbelievable that I’ve had to come to a Logan’s Roadhouse to find a chef that knows how to prepare a steak the way I prefer. I ordered my filet «Pittsburgh» style which is heavy charred on the outside and ‘Rare Plus” inside. It arrived at my table so perfect that I had to tell the manager, my associate even commented that it was getting old to watch me return steaks so often because they had been incorrectly prepared. The fact that this 2^nd tier steakhouse could prepare a steak where as I’ve gone to top steakhouses around the country and left disappointed tells me that whatever this Logan’s is doing is correct. I’m sold on this place now, so while I’m working in Indianapolis and want a steak, this is the place I’ll visit.

I’ve had Logan’s steaks before, and I think they’re good, so I decided to try their ribs. I was disappointed. The ribs were dry and it was like they were smothered in sauce to offset the fact that they didn’t taste that good. My server was good overall, but she upsold me on getting a full rack of ribs instead of a half rack, which I don’t appreciate now that the meal is over. A half rack of ribs, two sides and their rolls is would have been PLENTY of food for lunch. The full rack was too much food. The rolls were delicious as always. I chose cinnamon apples and mac and cheese as my sides. The cinnamon apples were great, but the mac and cheese tasted like instant food that was made out of a box.
I guess I should have stuck with the ribeye as usual.

Food was pretty good. Plus, free peanuts? Yum! Love the freshly brewed sweet tea. The rolls were good and hot. My hubby liked the wings and I enjoyed my shrimp plate. I enjoyed my mac n cheese. Service was good and price is decent too. Only thing is they should have a mechanical bull to make it more fun!
