LongHorn Steakhouse

Seriously one of the worst chain sit down restaurant experiences I’ve had. My fiancée ordered ribs or a steak and I ordered chicken. This place is very overpriced for the quality of the food.
I won’t be returning — to any of the locations.

First time here with me and my boyfriend! It was great up to the point where I ordered a Med-​well ribeye and he ordered a Well-​done Ribeye. Well they at least got our sides right but swapped the steaks! THAT IS A $ 20 STEAK the LEAST you can do is make sure it’s right. Other than that the sides were good, but I asked for extra shredded cheese on my broccoli and it was barely any!!! The Manager came and told me he would make another steak for me and not my boyfriend but I rather had took a discount! I’m full now from the sides, so the extra ribeye is going to be sitting until I’m hungry again BAD FIRST EXPERIENCE.

I always go to Longhorn when I’m in the mood for a good steak. The renegade sirloin is amazing and I also really enjoy the watermelon margaritas. The service has always been great, and combined with the great food, Longhorn makes for a fantastic place to go to enjoy a nice time and a nice dinner.

Had dinner at Longhorn Steak house at 82^nd street. Had great food, steak was very tender. Our server was Ceyda she gave great service. I highly recommend their restaurant. I also had a complimentary birthday sundae.

Great food, prompt service, and had a great waiter. I’m not sure why so many bad reviews. I’ve never had issues with this Longhorn but only been a few times when in Castleton. Food was quick and hot. We went for lunch so the pricing was great for a full meal. Ended up having enough money for a appetizer and dessert. Only spent $ 46 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Reasonable and no complaints. :)

I went back here a few weeks ago, had have decided this place is just OK. We got a porterhouse to share and at least ¼ of it was so chewy and grissley we couldn’t eat it. The bartender was also kind of annoying. When we told him we didn’t want another drink, he gave us a strange look like we were bad people. I probably won’t be back. There are way too many other places that have better service and better food

Was in for a late lunch, probably only 8 customers at restaurant while we were there. Seated quickly, waiter brought menus and I asked him to please clean the table since there was food particles on it. It took forever for him to return with the towel to clean the table. I ordered Wild West Shrimp, it was brought in a timely manner. It was good but doesn’t seem like they put as much pepper juice on it as they have in past. I also ordered Blue Ridge wedge salad, lettuce wasn’t very tasty but it was ok.
My husband ordered the parmesan crusted chicken dish and the Parmesan CREAMED spinach as his side. The chicken dish was excellent but the parmesan cream spinach was not CREAMED! We each took a bite of it and decided we didn’t like it and it definitely was not creamy. The waiter never asked if there was a problem, we paid the bill and left a nice tip. On the way out we stopped at entrance and looked at the menu to see if we had misread the menu and maybe it wasn’t listed as creamed spinach. We were right it was advertised as «creamed spinach»
An employee walked by and asked if we needed seated. We said No we had already eaten and were just checking out the creamed spinach on the menu and told her we had ordered it and it was not «creamed» she grunted and walked away! Needless to say we won’t return!
We visit The Longhorn steakhouse in Naples Florida and it is excellent! Too bad this one isn’t!

LongHorn Steakhouse is always a favorite when we want a nice dinner. The fire cracker shrimp appetizer is a must try if you’re into spicy. Usually steaks are tender and cooked to perfection!

My father and I took my grandmother and mother here for Mothers Day and let’s just say I was less than impressed. Although they weren’t very busy at all it took awhile for the waitress to come and take our orders, it took even longer for our food to come back. When it finally did come I was highly dissapointed. I am a pasta lover but the Four Cheese Pasta had very little sauce on it and wasn’t very flavorable. I took it home and attempted to perform edible surgery on it to make it better but that attempt was in vain.
Based off of the experience that I had the only time I’d go back is if a gentleman who was courting me took me there on a surprise date and considering the fact that I’m already a spinster I doubt that would ever happen. Individuals who are steak lovers may like it but if you don’t like steak I’d think twice before spending my money.

I really enjoyed my meal here, just a small steak with veggies and a salad, but felt the customer service lacked quite a bit. I liked the fact I could pick songs to play over dinner and it was free to do! The service was slow and they continued to forget our food and drinks. It was not even busy and our service was just so so. Experience could of been stronger.

My daughter likes this place, me not so much.
Waitress was over worked covering too many tables.
Do not try the french onion soup. It tasted like onion water with dry cheese on top. Try TGIF for a much better bowl. Steak was just o.k., mashed potatoes were runny. My daughter did like her salmon.

Had the New York Strip and it was just what I needed! Love this place for inexpensive stake and cocktails.

This restaurant experience was quite disappointing. It was my first time at this restaurant, and my server seemed filled by dissatisfaction every time she came to our table. Her ridiculously horrible attitude has caused me to forget her name sadly… Not to mention that getting my check was a hassle as she came to ask if we needed boxes twice. Then, upon receiving my bill, I was given an extraneous charge that was not communicated to me. Finally, She didn’t come back in time to say goodbye, so I wasn’t given the chance to dispute this charge. Food was decent, although the service left a bitter taste.

Went there with my wife, and 3 months old baby for an early dinner, 4 pm.

Overall, everyrhing tastes good. However, for the dinner for two deal, all the appetizer entrées are fried. So you’re limited on healthy options
Their steaks were delicious, juicy and tasty.
They did bring my wife’s steak an medium, instead of medium well. I guess the waitress misheard it. But they did fix it right away, and the manager brought it, and apoligized for any inconvience.

TERRIBLE service and mediocre overpriced food. I came here with a large party on a Sunday, but the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Even so, I was here over an hour before my food came. Instead of bringing everyone’s food out about the same time, some had to wait an extra 20 – 30 minutes. My steak was undercooked, my grandma (there for her birthday) got her meal last, 30 minutes after the first plate came.
The bills came 20 minutes after everyone was finished, and the waitress came around in another 10 minutes to collect the bills.
Overall, my family was there over 2 hours, with only about 15 minutes of that eating our meal.
Never come here, not ever, if you want a good meal at a fair price and good service. This place is a huge disappointment.

Worst dining experience by far. Came here with a medium sized group for an 80^th birthday celebration. My husband and I normally don’t support corporate chain restaurants with no personality. We prefer local, mom and pop type places, with prices that reflect the quality and quantity of the food served.
We waited over an hour for our food to arrive at the table. Our children were begging us to feed them as the first plate arrived. We expected the other plates to come soon after, but were nowhere to be seen. When the last plates were served, most in our group had already finished eating.
I was most offended by the fact that this place charged me $ 14+ for an order of chicken fingers that I could have paid $ 5 for elsewhere. The amount of food was laughable, especially for a «large chicken finger plate». There was not much difference in size between the adult finger plate and the child’s portion. But the child’s plate included oranges, and mine did not.
Everyone was so perturbed by the end of the meal, all the children were causing a scene, after being stuck in a restaurant for two hours. We spent the last 45 minutes of our visit sitting around, desperately waiting for pay and get out of there.
We will never be back. The wait staff wasn’t terrible, but hardly spoke to us, even after we had been waiting an hour. Don’t come here.

We went there at 1:35 PM on a Sunday afternoon. More than half the tables were empty. We were told there was a wait while they turned a table. Come on, give me a break. Over half your tables were empty .
After waiting 10 minutes and not seeing any servers, we left. NEVER TO RETURN.
To management: TRY THE TRUTH. We should have been told“we are short staff today and there will be a wait. Please go to the bar and enjoy a complimentary beverage. That is how a real restaurant would handle that!!!
This place is sad !!!

I went with my girlfriend after lunch. Our server was nice, and pretty prompt also. The food was decent & my lady liked her drink!
I would probably go back!

Pretty good service. Our server handled our group of 8 with ease.
The food was served right away, was nice and hot and there no complaints. We were in and out in an hour. Great spot for lunch.

Ok so first getting here we had to wait five minutes, not too bad, but when they finally seated us, there were like four open tables right there!!! Anyway, we waited about 5 minutes to be greated at the table, which may not seem long, but it seemed like an eternity… Then I ordered my regular which is water no lemon and so did my husband and they still put lemon in it… Again, May not seem like a huge deal but I take to taste anything in my water! Plus it took forever to get my water… She finally came to take our order and that was at least after waiting 15 good minutes. Not to be special or anything, but we dont like to stick around any reaturant longer than an hour… We didn’t realize we got bread until after being here already for 30 minutes… Seriously? And it was cold, wouldn’t even melt the butter… So after being here an hour, our food finally came out, from the pictures it looks good right? Wrong, my pork chops were cold as all get out!!! The corn was surprisingly hot, but the green beans were cold too. Now my husband got the sirloin with a sweet potato with NO BUTTER… But it looked like he got extra butter… These people don’t listen! Now we’re sitting here looking stupid, waiting for the check… Get me out of here quickly!!! Please! The flavor of the food was fine, it everything else that caused a low rating…
