We purchased a mattress and box spring for our college aged daughter. Emily walked us through all the options and promotions and made great recommendations on the best value for us. The delivery options were also great as we needed it delivered within a short time frame. Highly recommend Mattress Firm!

Went in to buy a queen mattress with my fiancé and we found one that we agreed on for a very fair price, with qualified and professional help from a sales associate. However we paid for the mattress to be delivered that same day ($ 59.99), scheduled it between 7−10pm and it did not arrive. As the old adage goes, «You get what you pay for.» Although that was not the case because the mattress has yet to arrive and it’s the next day.
I plan to update the post upon delivery and after using the mattress, as to note about its quality and comfort.

Moving and in need of a bed the next day, I stopped in to see what the store had in stock. Sure enough I was able to walk away that day, bed purchased and available to pick up at the warehouse the next day. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I told the lady who helped us I did not know exactly what I was looking for and she gave me about 5 different selections within my price range of beds available. Being one of the most indecisive humans on earth, I went back and forth about 6 different times between 2 mattresses I liked. The lady was patient and very knowledgable about the differences in each mattress. I would (and have) recommend this place if you are looking for a mattress, especially under a time constraint!

Mattress Firm on W. 86^th Street/Traders Point is a great place to buy a new mattress. Laura Bunny helped me pick out the perfect bed although really they had several mattresses that we would have been happy with. The prices were great and the service personable and very informative. Chose a great pillow top at a great price! Added bonus we were able to have it delivered exactly when we wanted it and super quick! Not our first purchase from Mattress Firm and certainly will not be our last!

Sold me a Hampton and Rhodes mattress for almost 500.00. The mattress was sagging w/in 45 days. I moved out of state and tried to get a replacement. The manager was noncooperative. I was told I would have to pay 350.00 to get the mattress picked up and replaced. DONT BUY THEIR MATTRESSES! THEY ARE FAULTY. GO TO SAM’S CLUB
