Watt’s Blooming

Stopped by for a pick me up a few weeks ago. My flowers looked beautiful but didn’t last as long as they should have (following proper care instruction.).

Never have I seen such beautiful arrangements. The flowers used are premium fresh cut and last longer than any I’ve purchased. The style of the vases exceeded any other florist shop I’ve ever used. Amy can select and arrange flowers to fit and mood or occasion! Extremely helpful and detail oriented in taking my order over the phone or online, always a «treat» to talk to personally, she will have my flower business exclusively! By the way, she only does quality work exclusively, and never does less than perfection!

The best florist in Indianapolis and surrounding area. Amy is awesome! Amy has always been able to fit me in when I just drop in unannounced. Super creative and super fun to do business with.

Amy is amazing, she always makes a beautiful piece of floral artwork no matter how big or small the budget. I drive out of my way to go to Watt’s Blooming because I know the selection will be amazing, the arrangement that Amy designs will be above and beyond anything I could imagine, and the arrangement will last the long beyo d your expectations because of the freshness of the flowers. I’m always excited to see what new & fun florals are in the shop with the changing seasons!

I called this morning to order 2 men’s boutonnières for my son’s prom tomorrow night. (By the way, that consists of a rose with a straight pin in it.) The girl that I spoke with told me «not a chance» because they had a big event tomorrow. I’m guessing if I’d been spending $ 200 on a flower arrangement for a sick friend, she would’ve been able to make some time. I’m glad I’ve never spent a dime here — I’ll keep my business at Andrews.

But this was a great place for a man with 0 floral knowledge that had tons of great help. I told them what I had in mind, colors and how much I wanted to spend and they put together an awesome bouquet my finacee loved. They lasted a long time and seemed to be a really fair deal. Great shopping experience in a cool little spot on Mass Ave.

A bit on the pricey-​side, but I wasn’t surprised or disappointed about this because it’s on Mass Ave., so I’m sure they’ve got to pay a premium. The woman here was friendly and helpful. I liked that flowers could be bought «by the stem,» so I could have her help make me a custom bouquet.
Besides this, they offered quite a few original cards, magnets, and other gift ideas. I will definitely be back here, as it’s so close to my house!

I love this place, and their friendly staff. They are great with orders, and always have what I ordered ready and looking gorgeous when I come to pick it up. Their flowers last longer, and look more vibrant than most any other flower shop I have ever purchased from. My only complaint is that they are pricey, and that when I give them a price range they are always pushing the envelope of my range. I say $ 40 — 50 for flowers, and they have $ 55 worth of gorgeous flowers ready for me. Not a huge deal, but certainly enough to keep me from giving 5 stars.

My husband sent flowers to me from Watt’s yesterday, and they are gorgeous! He even called after their same day delivery time had passed, but they were willing to work with him and deliver them anyway because we are so close to the shop. You guys are great!

Love their selection… Like their service… Ehhhhhh their hours. If you put in late hours and expect this place to be open late to save the day to bring home floral pleasures to the one you love — no chance — 6pm is when the close.
Great cash and carry special on tulips though!!!

Nice selection of flowers and all were very fresh. There were 2 or 3 flowers I’ve never seen before… it was nice to have them out on display where I could get a close look at all of them. I liked hand-​picking the flowers for the bouquet that I purchased vs. picking from a pre-​arranged one.
Very friendly staff, great service and they offered some really good suggestions that didn’t make me feel at all like they were «up-​selling» me to a larger or more expensive selection.
Mass Ave Cat (Mac) was also very friendly, added a nice little touch to the shopping experience.
I was (pleasantly) surprised by the prices when comparing it to another local high-​end florist that I recently shopped at. Also, they wrapped the bouquet beautifully and couldn’t have been more pleasant to work with.
I would recommend Watt’s Blooming to anyone and I can’t say that about many places.

–You-​pick flowers. I love the hands on approach the shop offers. Takes the sincerity of the bouquet to a new level. «Oh honey, these aren’t just any flowers! These are the flowers I hand-​selected just for you. See. this iris makes me think of…»
–MAC, the catmeister, who welcomes customers with his sassy tail. I love the fact that there is a shop cat and that his name is actually an acronym: Mass Ave Cat. Yeah for the neighborhood kitty!
–Kickass window displays — I don’t know what it is but I have an obsession with good window displays. It’s a beautiful marketing tool that is too often overlooked. Watt’s Blooming gets the power of a festive and clever window display.
–Bibs — I have a few pairs myself — more people should wear them. I deem it Amy’s signature style and she sports them well. Capital ‘C’ for Cool in my book. I like off the wall and unique floral arrangements, so it’s encouraging to see that the owner, herself, has a unique style.

This shop is wonderful! They’re located in the artsy Mass Ave area in Indianapolis. The shop is darling, with a good selection of really fresh flowers. The owner creates beautiful arrangements. A sweet cat (forgive me kitty I can’t remember your name) will make you feel at home.
Their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this florist over any other in the area. Great service, great prices, great choices, and a great experience.

Perfect! Amy did our flowers for our 09.09.09 wedding. We had a d.i.y. budget, and she helped us come up with some beautiful options that fit within our budget. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I need flowers for any occasion!

Absolutely wonderful! I called in the morning to have flowers delivered to my mother in her downtown office for her birthday. Amy called me right back, was very helpful with descriptions of arrangements and sizes. She even called me back an hour or so later to ask if it was ok to go over the price range I had suggested by $ 5 or $ 6 so that she could use this great container that really worked well with the flowers she was using. The first thing my mother commented on was the amazing and unique vase! Amy’s eye for detail is excellent!
My mother said they were the most gorgeous and interesting flowers she’d ever received (and I’ve sent her LOTS over the years!), and that everyone in her entire office building commented on them. I know they were stunning, because I just got an email from Amy this evening with pictures of the arrangement, and comments from the deliverer about how surprised and pleased my mother was.
So many businesses skip the little details that make for excellent customer service. Watt’s Blooming has clearly gone above and beyond with the details, providing customer service head and shoulders above the rest, and the difference is delightful. I’m now trying to come up with a reason to send someone else in Indy flowers, just so that they can work their magic again.

I strolled in to get a nice bouquet for my boss, I didn’t have anything in particular in mind, so I asked for something cheerful and spring-​y. They created the prettiest, most amazing smelling bouquet for me just based off my vague adjectives and a price range! Very friendly staff and they have a wide variety of unusual flowers along with the standards. I will definitely come back the next time I need flowers.
