Shopping for my daughters«new» bedroom should not have been this hard! He thought we found the perfect one, as we were going to get it I saw weekends only and said let’s stop by and see what they have. Having never been there before, we stopped by, wish we never did! My daughter found«the one», it was out of our budget, but she loved it so we talked to the sales person and she said there were plenty in stock, so we drove home to measure, the next day we go to buy and borrow a truck to get the dresser. Here is where the trust in the store comes into question, we are told sorry you can’t get it today it will be a week! REALLYWAIT A WEEK? After talking to my daughter she wanted to wait for«the one», so we bought on line to avoid the shipping cost and got it the same day as if we paid the shipping, I feel as the manager was trying to rip us off on having it shipped! Dresser FINALLY came and major problems with the mirror. Five trips later and 3 headaches later we won’t be shopping here again! Complete run around, wrong parts, not shipped when said, rude customer service!

This place was awesome, from the first point of contact to the LAST. Weekends Only was offering a dining table for 50% of the price than a local Chicago store. They only had a floor model available, but for ½ the price you can’t go wrong. When we got to Weekends Only, we found our table, and it definitely had some scrapes from initial assembly… Debating on whether we were taking it,(we did drive from Chicago to get it), the general manager was called to assess the damage, took the table to the back, and did some WORK to restore it! The table looked amazing and was 100% ready to hit my dining room. We were overwhelmed with the amount of staff and how nice everyone was to accommodate us. We decided to also purchase a pendant lamp for over the table, and the staff mentioned it was hard wired. We got it home, and it was definitely a plug in, and we couldn’t use it. Since WO had a no-return policy, we figured we wasted $ 121. No way! We called the hotline, explained the situation, and as soon as the shipment was received we got a call from customer service to refund the entire price of the pendant and the full shipping cost. I haven’t had this good of customer service in forever. THANKYOU Weekends Only!
