Not my favorite place to dine in… lots of bums… The children’s play area seem so dirty… bring your purell

Bathrooms sticky because of pee I could only imagine the rest this place needs real management I’ll never come back here again

Food was not fresh, they did not have soda, and the service took a while for the food not to be freash.

Someone here must be good friends with the inspector because this place is terrible! The restrooms are always filthy, tables are always dirty, the kids play section doesn’t even look safe! Prices are ridiculous for poor quality food made at this Burger King. The soda is always flat and the food tastes gross. I’ve had Burger King in Santa Monica and in Del Aire and it was nice but this place blows! Please, someone send help to this place or just shut it down now! It doesn’t seem to be making any business at this location anyway…

Not a good atmosphere. Bums in the parking lot… and in the restaurant. Horrible service. Terrible food. Never again

I come at least once a week and the place is always dirty, the workers are really lazy and never get my order right. They always have issues if you don’t ask for your order plain. So if you come visit this Burger King, expect some problems with your order and attitude from the workers.

Ok so you are banned from coming to this Burger King. I opened my cup to get something to drink and two anys were init. The manager said the pest control is coming soon. Now the right side of my throat is sore. What the heck is that about?

This bk is right by my job and I’ve stopped here three times in the past month that I’ve worked here. First off, the customer service is horrible. The cashier in the drive thru never gets my order right no matter how simple it is. Also they are usually out of anything sweet. No ice cream, cookies, pies or anything. Tonight was the last straw for me when I made my order and the lady read it back to me wrong, I spoke louder thinking she couldn’t hear me and she yelled back at me. Then I pulled up to the window, waiting a few minutes when no one came, I just left. I will definitely never go back to this bk.

Two words BUM CENTRAL
The food, staff n restaurant itself are decent for a fast food place.
Been coming to this Bk for years because I live a couple of minutes away. Haven’t been in while since yesterday n boy has it gotten bad. There are more druggies n bums hanging out inside and out of the restaurant than paying customers. There’s ghetto druggies coming in n out talking all loud about jail and getting caught up while I’m sitting there with my boyfriend n daughter trying to have a quick meal. Even saw a MAN coming out of the women’s restroom who was obviously doing something drug related. Staff or management need to do something about this. It’s really uncomfortable and annoying.

I wanted to give Burger King a good review but lately the quality of the food has gone downhill since last year. I like the staff members a lot, indeed, customer service has been better than at other fast food restaurants I have been to. I am starting to think that maybe the problem is not the quality of the food but the fact that I have been eating at Burger King for more than 10 years. Maybe I need a break from this type of food, my livers will likely thank me for that.

My 4 stars is NOT for the grossed out food BURGER KING has been serving up for the past 20 yr or so but its for the EXCELLENT customer service (and consistent) high level of customer service that the staff brings the couple of times a month i do go (only because it’s in walking distance to my jobamd ALL I EVER GET ARE THE 1.00 RODEO BURGERS… THEY ARE BOMB (the fries YUCK)…but back to my reason for sending a Unilocal out to this particular BK the cashier LINDA who works lunch (young African American woman) one of the BEST displays of EXCELLENT c.s. I’ve experienced and consistently witnessed in a long time she is ALWAYS AWSOME from the expression on her face to the words out her mouth to her acts of professionalism… and i KNOW given the area and the majority of caliber of people that frequent this spot&the shenanigans that go on IT’S OFTEN TIME TRYING&HARD TO KEEP A POSITIVE DOMENOR&OUTLOOK AT WORK… trust me im from the area and work in the area KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB LINDA!& YOU’LL BE RUNNING THINGS ONE DAY SOON…

They have been advertising the 50 cent soft serve. So we decided to go through drive-​thru and order a cone and a ice cream brown sundae. So we pulled up to window and the lady didn’t greet us. She took money, handed us the ice creams and gave us our change. (Mind you she isn’t saying anything to us) After she did all that she walked off. So the driver notice we didn’t have any napkins. So we blew horn and she came back with a mean look. We ask for napkins. I also asked her what’s wrong? She said, she is having bad day and I know it’s not your problem. I said, you have to greet the customers with a smile. She said, «I know, I am sorry. I Didn’t believe she was sincere. My friend the driver said it seems like she is prejudice.

They usually mess up on something. Check your order before you leave!

Good burgers. But even better is the service. I have yet to catch a mistake on my order. They sure know what they’re doing there.
