Starbucks

I personally love Starbucks and I’m hooked on their ice coffee!
It’s so good I believe it should be illegal but that’s a whole different story. My go to drink is an iced coffee with cinnamon dolce and easy ice. For some reason a lot of the staff not this one but other locations mixed up cinnamon dolce with coconut milk. So I can tell this is a good Starbucks since they know how to read their markings.
Always clean, super fast, and super friendly!

This is the worst Starbucks ever. I waited in line for 15mins while the one guy working chatted with his friend in front of me (fine, I can appreciate a friendly barista), then waited another 10 mins while he made said guys 1 iced drink, he then talked to the guy for another 5 minutes and just stood there, once he went to make my drink he turns and says oh my bad we’re out of strawberry acai. 25mins of time wasted. This Starbucks should fire their whole night staff, they’re either high as hell or just straight idiots.

One of the worst Starbucks ever been ln. Unfriendly and very bad service, ask for sugar and every one would look at you weird .you go to put your cup on the counter is so filthy the trash is all over it. disgusting I will never go there anymore ever, and if you want to see how filthy this Starbucks is .I’m going to post two pictures where that trash has reached the top and nobody there to empty take a look at this picture of you feel you want to throw

This is the worst Starbucks in the area. I’ve gone 3 times to this starbucks and every time i go they do something wrong with my order. and when you tell them they look annoyed like they don’t care so much and they’re rude, definitely i won’t return to this starbucks !

I tried the Cherry Blossom frap aand it was really watery and the whip cream was flat. I was running late so I couldn’t tell them to remake the drink.

Super unorganized! They made my drink wrong twice and the barista was super rude and unhelpful. I never have a good experience when I go to this Starbucks location. (And they take forever to make your drink.)

I must say this is hands down one of the worst Starbucks locations I have ever been to. First off I waited 40 mins (which was a given due to the location) that’s not even what bothered me I’m a pretty patient person. What bothered me was the staff more specifically the younger guys who were making coffees last Sunday afternoon. I asked for a iced Carmel macchiato and a strawberry smoothie. After waiting for a really long time my smothie was as runny as the coffee. I brought this to his attention and he rolled his eyes at me and said that’s our strawberry smothie. Which its not cause I get it all the time. During this he started making someone else’s coffee and I said I would like you to fix it please. He says how. I said idk maybe add some ice or something. And to make things more irritating he took another 15 mins to remake my drink. I apologized for the inconvenience. He didn’t respond. And before leavening I said thank you he completely ignored me again. 1 hr it took to get my drinks. That was horrible customer service and I’m a waitress I’d know. If you don’t like your job then go find a new one!

Slightly disappointed. I’ve come here before and my experiences have always been great. Yet, this most recent time everything was off. I wouldn’t go far as to give them a 2 stars because I have had good experiences here before.
Initially, me and my close friends come in to grab some coffee. She opted to get the Caramel mocha frappucino. Usually, I get the java chip — which is always great. On this occasion we waited a good 10 minutes and when my friends order was finally ready it was lacking something. It did not have an ounce of sugar in it and was very flavorless and slightly bitter. I tasted her drink myself. I took it back to the employees to which he gave me a look of confusion and seemed annoyed at my request for a new drink.
Moments later they were laughing and screwing around. My drink took another 5 minute wait. We were not prioritized despite the mix up.
Very disappointing since this location has been a pleasure most times.

This tiny location has all of the menu and even a tiny patio. They even have a chocolate cookie which is «almost» as good as Tender Greens’.

This place always has the most friendly people in the morning with a smile on there faces. They’ve learned to know exactly how I love my coffee

While I have been to many many Starbucks I love this one. The staff is always friendly and smiling. They know my order when I come in and the modifications I like done to it. It is a smaller location with limited seating so I typically only go to this one if I am taking my drink to go. This one can get super busy on weekend nights but the staff seems to handle it well. They have water cups located out so people don’t take up space in line just to order water. Overall I really love this location and its staff.

Starbucks is Starbucks… See one you’ve seen them all. The Starbucks is a lil small compared to most. It’s in a good location being that it’s next to most of the restaurants. Overall it does the job. The staff was friendly during my visit.

cleanleness doesn’t seem to be a priority here. I grabbed bottled water instead of something else because it is a priority for me.

#ALONETIME I didn’t realize early Sunday mornings are quite and crowd-​free at this #Starbucks location, considering the facility has thousands of nearby residents.
Sometimes we need time alone to regroup. When you need to get away and disconnect from everyone else so you can peacefully get connected via free WiFi at this convenient location, you’d enjoy this temporary getaway.
Every once in a while, I get stuck with a drink for months on end — currently love their Hazelnut Latte with soy. They’re professional and friendly — and the place is as inviting to enjoy your cup of Joe as it gets.
It’s a great place to chill after walking back from the movies or dinner at one of the many fine restaurants across the street on Fortune Drive. Would I recommend this place for a 1^st date? Why not?!
Coffee dates are safer. 1ST dates should stay free from tome-​consuming lunches or dinners anyway, in case your Date ends up being super annoying after the first 13 min of saying Hi.

This Starbucks is definitely a lot smaller that other ones; seating inside is limited. With that being said, being here on a Friday night or the weekend ain’t the bidness. That would mean you seeing the line go out the door.
Also, when I was here, it looked like they were understaffed, even with the line going out the door. There was only 1 cashier and 1 barista. Lawd have mercy on their souls.
This Starbucks is located right across from the Edwards movie theater, and in the same area as other restaurants.

I love coming here in the morning before work. The staff is very friendly and remembers your drink. The line here is always short in the mornings because people don’t want to deal with Spectrum parking when getting their coffee. They’ll rather go to a drive-​thru or another Starbucks with easy parking. That leaves this place pretty empty. So if you are looking for quality service and a short line, this is the place for you.

Super busy on a Friday night but our coffee was served quickly, hot, and with a smile. The store is a bit too small to accommodate the busy foot traffic and reminded me of being in an airplane in smell and feel, which is not a pleasant thing. The coffee station also needs to be cleaned and stocked a bit better.
Overall, it’s not a Starbucks I would want to lounge around at but a good spot to grab a quick cup of coffee to go.

Cassandra is awesome great location right next to the movie theaters. I am giving this location a 5 stars for custom service as Starbucks hires so well. For indoor seating it gets 2 stars as the only Starbuck in the huge center of the Irvine spectrum it’s in need of one more on the opposite side or to remodel to increase the indoor seating. One plug inside is tough also.
Outdoor seating is nice and always easy to get connected to the Internet with a couple of plugs outside also.

There’s something to be said when the staff knows your drink and name it after you. My coworker comes here so much that they named the beverage after her since it quite unique. I wouldn’t be surprise if she was responsible for 5% of their annual revenue. Granted at times, it can be slow but its expected during the morning hours and evening rush. Drinks made here are consistent and have fairly low error rates compare to their other sister stores.
I’ve read some of the other comments about no restrooms… uhh yes there is. You just need to ask! Also, your tea is too hot? Really? Who orders warm tea?!? They are not going to prepare your tea and let it sit in the window to cool. Then you’ll complain that it is taking forever. Talk about first world problems. If its too hot… ask for a few ice cubes or don’t drink it right away. It is quite easy to get mad at the barista who is trying to make everyones drink under pressure for hours than to evaluate their work load and your lack of time to wait for a drink. If your late… don’t stand in line and blame the world!
For the most part, the staff is friendly and consistent with the drinks. People are just too demanding these days… *sigh.
