I eat here ALL the time. I’m not a sushi expert, but I am a dive expert. And this cute little place sees my smiling face almost every week. Traditional rolls are 8 pieces each, and between $ 4 – 6 per roll, and the specialty rolls are $ 6 – 10 depending on size. If you’re looking for great sashimi, this probably won’t be your favorite, because they do freeze their fish. However, if you stick to the rolls you’d never know– they are amazing!!! Also, after eating here regularly, I’ve never ever had bad fish. Not once. So that’s pretty great for such a tiny place. Yes, this is Americanized sushi, but it’s also an adorable local business :)

I come here at least 3 times a week and absolutely love it. For the price, best sushi around.

Absolutely amazing. Amazing ambiance, it’s very clean. Beyond helpful and friendly staff. The bento my mother ate was not only very delicious, but beautifully put tougher. The sushi combo D was also very beautifully presented. The fish was fresh, delicious and melted in my mouth. The rice was perfect too. Wasabi was good as well as the ginger. Best sushi I’ve ever had, and I’m an avid ‘sushi enthusiast’(by my own qualifications). Haha would recommend.

Low Prices for Sushi while having a great taste, if your new to it you have to try the Temptation roll, or even he Edohana fire roll, and the Carbless roll is a new experience.

Was really happy with my experience here. I definitely recommend the Bulgogi Bento Box. I also tried the spicy shrimp sushi, but somehow it was both spicy and bland at the same time… Don’t waste your time with it unless you like the taste of hot sauce and nothing else. Otherwise, a good place to eat cheap sushi.

I enjoyed lunch here recently. This spot is tiny with a capital T. You’ll have to get here ahead of the lunch rush if you want to get a table. The format is unusual for a sushi place — look at the board in the wall, place your order at the counter and pay, then find a seat. I was pleased with my two rolls, but there are no substitutions and the combinations of rolls are preset so it can be a little difficult to order. Still, if you want good sushi, fast, and at a fair price, I would recommend Edohana.

Went there for lunch today. Menu is extremely confusing. There is a menu on a board, another menu at the register and another menu with Specials. I ordered the Temptation sushi. Very delicious, affordable and fast friendly service. The restaurant is not very comfortable. i would recommend to place a ToGo order

Every staff meeting me and my coworkers eat here but we order to go. It taste great and it’s so affordable. It’s around $ 6-$ 14 for most rolls and not the basic ones! I love the baked salmon roll. It’s like heaven in your mouth. During lunch time it’s always really busy and the place is small so I always order to go.

Not the best sushi I’ve had. I only went here once and did not have a pleasant experience. Sushi smelled old and had that nauseating aftertaste. It wasn’t even cold. It was room temperature. Think of fish at an old fish shack — yeah, that’s how bad it was. Presentation was lacking. I ordered to-go, but it doesn’t mean they can do a careless job. It makes the sushi even more unappetizing than it already is. The garnish was not in uniform. I have a picture to show you. Other than how bad the quality of the sushi was, this restaurant is a very Americanized sushi joint. California, Philadelphia, and Louisiana rolls would probably be their top 3 selling rolls — I wouldn’t be surprised. Someone recently told me that you can tell how good an Asian restaurant is by how many Asian customers you see. I was the only Asian customer. This is probably one of the most accurate judgment calls I’ve observed. Note to self: If you want to go out for Asian food and you see no Asian people, it’s more than likely going to be bad. I give this place a whopping 1 star only because I didn’t get sick.

The sushi here is very cheap but lacking in quality. They do have a huge menu of rolls, so this would be a good place if you value quantity over quality, or if you just feel like eating some cheap sushi. When you walk in, there are multiple menus on the wall. Be sure to look at all of them! I ordered the BBQ eel bowl for $ 9.95 and a California roll for $ 4.95. They brought out the California roll first and it was a pretty good sized roll. But when I took a bite, I noticed that the rice was way too warm, as if they had just taken the rice out from a rice cooker. Sushi rice isn’t supposed to be warm, and that alone caused the roll to taste a bit off. The BBQ eel bowl was also huge, but I think that they put more rice than needed. I also found huge pieces of bones and a lot of skin on the eel, and so I had to spend some time picking out the bones. Overall I would say that I was not impressed with the food, but it is a fast food place so I feel like you need to adjust your expectations accordingly.

Looking for cheap delicious sushi for lunch? search no more!!! this is the place for you!!! Things I’ve had and recommend Beef teriyaki bento box Bulgogi bento box Lobster dynamite The best for your buck is the lobster dynamite. It’s a big plate and it will fill you up! there was maybe 10 pieces of sushi topped with lobster and crab with melted cheese. That alone will fill you up. Out of the two bento boxes, I like the bulgogi beef bento more than beef teriyaki. Each bento box comes with tempura veggies, california roll, and a salad! bento boxes range from $ 8-$ 10. The lobster dynamite roll was $ 13, cant beat that deal for real lobster meat!

Not a huge fan. First, the menu is on a huge board, which is kinda hard to read. You order at a counter, which for me is unusual for a sushi restaurant. The rolls took a long time to come out considering I was the second or third person in the whole place. The rolls were not rolled tight and made a huge mess every time you tried to pick up a piece. Additionally, the slices were very thin. I have had much better sushi at the same price and will not be returning.

Ordered takeout. Usually that means you’re ordering a soggy, questionable version of what you ordered and what you want. This was not the case. I ordered two different sushi rolls and shrimp tempura = delicious! I could clearly taste that everything was made 30 seconds before I walked through the door. Definitely a «made-to-order» type of restaurant. Everything was really delicious. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is that I specified I didn’t want any crabmeat in anything, and there was crab meat in ¼ of my sushi; like in the middle of them making the rolls they finally noticed the«no crab» and started making the order correctly after the fact, but didn’t make an effort to correct their initial rolls. I will say that doesn’t speak to the owners or the employee who took my order or the restaurant as a whole — more like a single careless chef.

I adore this place! The quality is high and the prices are low. I’ve had crappy sushi for double the price at other places. The only reason that this isn’t 5 stars is due to the tiny little space that sometimes makes it very hard to actually make it in the door. I haven’t tried the sushimi, but I’ve tried many of the sushi rolls and haven’t been disappointed yet. I highly recommend this place!

I came here with my mom for dinner on Christmas Eve. She had been talking about taking me since her friends and her found it so I was happy to oblige. It’s a small little place with a couple of tables. We sat down on our own and ordered at the counter. These aren’t the freshest fish but for the price but for the price, it’s pretty good. We ordered some salmon and 3 rolls; salmon avocado, crunchy eel, and spicy salmon. We love salmon, by the way. Our total was under $ 30! It was a quick and easy, pleasant meal. Sadly we didn’t realize there was a specials board until after we had finished eating. It’s okay though, because that warrants at least one more visit…

Slightly disappointed with this this place after reading the reviews. I can’t really complain much about the food other then it wasn’t anything that wow to me but it was good nonetheless. The Edamame was average and perhaps not enough kosher salt. We ordered the spicy rainbow roll and the temptation roll. Both were really good but really hard to keep together and easily fell apart. My biggest disappointment with this place was that it was practically self serve. Do not expect to be seated when you walk in and do not expect for someone to bring you menus or take your order. Expect to get your own drinks and plates and chopsticks and silverware. So when you find your ticket to check out no need to leave a tip, unless you really want to. I don’t mind coming back here for a casual lunch but certainly not a formal one.

Sushi is pretty good but Ofcourse nothing compares to Sano in Milbrae California. Servicr is fast and friendly. Price is very affordable. I had a dragon roll and tempura appetizer with only a total of $ 17 for dinner with tip. This might be one of my to go places for dinner I I just want to take it to go and eat the hotel. This place is pretty hidden right next to other Asian restaurants around the corner of the big shopping area.

There is yet another great spot for lunch in the LC area! In my quest to try every lunch spot within a reasonable distance of the studios in Las Colinas, I came across Edohana today, and I wasn’t disappointed! When I entered, the staff was very friendly! The woman asked me if I had been here before, and then proceeded to show me the menu and where I could also look up on the board for specials. The place is medium sized… I found a table for myself, but I can see how it easily could fill up during lunch. I ordered a hot green tea and the Chirishi bowl. So good! The fish was very fresh and good! The rice was also on point! Like a lot of the other reviews stated, the prices are great. This isn’t my favorite sushi spot, but with the location being close to one of my gigs and the prices being so awesome… it’s definitely going into my heavy rotation of sushi. You can’t go wrong with Edohana. I was about to drive over to Belt Line and hit up Maki Boy, but I’m glad I didn’t do that today!
