Extended Stay America – Dallas – Las Colinas

Dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at so far. Dirt and hair on the sheets, dirt all over the walls, mold in the tub and a funny smell in the room was just some of the horrors of this room. It’s extremely apparent that the owners/​managers of this hotel do not even attempt to maintain it properly. Even after a thorough cleaning the room would still need a lot of work to fix/​replace the noisy old fridge, the hard mattresses, flat pillows, the on-it’s-last leg shower/tub…etc. And of course I have to mention that the price we were told over the phone when we booked ended up being $ 20 more when we arrived.

Very sad place to live in!!! My husband has been here for training since July 25^th with other 25 people. The place is very disorganized as far as cleaning. Very short staffed-​2 cleaners! Our cleaning was scheduled every Wednesday, never got cleaned for 2 weeks. They then changed the cleaning to Friday and it has been a nightmare! It’s either the ladies have an emergency or they don’t have enough bedding to change!!! Worst extended stay ever! I travel for work and I have never had to go through this! Not even a notice that they won’t be cleaning. Insects are crawling everywhere when I cook! Today I stripped everything for the lady lies so it’s quick, But ALAS they knock on the door and don’t even say Hello!!!
I can’t clean your room coz I gotta go, she don’t even offer replacement sheets to replace the one on the floor!
It’s not right!!! They do this to long time stay people! Complains to the manager did not change anything!
Stay at your own risk!!!

They are in the prices of remodeling. The place smells and looks updated. The laundry could use some work and the towels have a washed dingy look but other than that not bad! $ 60 a night for a studio with a full kitchen.
