Went into this salon a few days ago for Shellac mani/pedi. They do accept walk-ins which is great for me, because I don’t always know when I can make it. The cost for the gel mani and regular pedi was $ 50 + $ 5 for French mani. I find this price to be average. They do have a wide selection of colors! And they will do a color match/sample if you are uncertain which color to get. Most of the employees are Vietnamese and have been working at this salon for many years. They are all extremely friendly and I was greeted by(I think) the owner, since it was my first visit. The location is a bit difficult to access and parking can be full at certain times of the day. It is right by Sierra Grille. It is pretty small inside, but the chairs and décor is nice. The whole process took appx. 1 hour. Long Nguyen did my mani and pedi. He was very thorough with trimming my nails and cuticles. The polish itself was done very well! I usually like the tips to be thicker, but I didn’t request it this time. He did not skip steps and the quality is very good. The massage for both was also pretty standard. I will definitely be back as a walk-in. This experience was nothing extraordinary, but everyone was nice, price was reasonable, work was quality, and they let me in as soon as I got there.

I was in Jacksonville visiting and needed to get my nails done. As soon as I walked in the door the smell was so strong. Please keep in mind I get my nails done every 10 days. Both my pedicure and my manicure were rushed. I got gel on my nails and realized after I left I was so rushed the man never dried my nails completely and they immediately started pealing.

Excellent job! Looks can be deceiving, they did a better job than the«nicer» salons in the area… And they did it with a smile!

This place is right by my house and I always receive great service. They’re always busy but they hussle to squeeze me in and that’s much appreciated.

I’ve been here on and off for 10 years. I received a bit of a poor pedicure today. The woman did a great job on painting my toes but that’s it. She rushed through the entire service. What usually takes an hour only took about 30 – 35 minutes. Today was my last visit.

I had the misfortune to endure a very rough and overly aggressive male tech on my poor toes; buffing left them red, sore, and irritated. To make matters worse when pointing it out, the guy minimized my discomfort and said it wasn’t that bad.(Nice touch) I went there for a relaxing mother daughter experience… Not happening there. Perhaps others have had positive outcomes as the place was busy, my advice is to beware or take antibiotic cream along.

I have been going to Nail Spa for several years now. My roommate first introduced them to me after I got an awful gel manicure at another salon in Jacksonville Beach. The staff are all incredibly friendly, the prices are really reasonable($ 30 for a gel manicure!), and they do a great job. My gel manicures last for as long as two weeks, which is totally worth what I spend on them. On my most recent trip the technician who did my nails even gave me a shoulder massage while my nails were drying. The facility is clean, sanitary, and welcoming. I would recommend calling ahead to make an appointment, because they are typically pretty busy, but they have plenty of staff working to get you in and out quickly. Definitely give this place a try if you’re thinking of treating yourself or a loved one to a manicure or pedicure.
