I think there are several probable reasons this place has so few reviews: 1) It’s a bank, and not many people review banks 2) There is nothing stellar about this particular location 3) Most people who attend this bank try for the two ATM’s But if you ever need something that requires a teller or manager, be prepared to bring a good book. You want to be optimally distracted from your environment during this wait. You don’t want anything that will remind you just how long you’ve been there– like a phone. Once I had only one customer in front of me to speak to one of the customer service people(there were two working that day). The wait was a full 20 minutes on a Friday, around noon. It probably didn’t help that the other customer service person was on the phone in the lobby taking a personal call. ‘ I’ve also been twice before for a name change, each time they asked for different documents and I left without the change going through(after a similar 25 minute wait each time). Special note: according to Bank of America’s national hotline, each branch can set up it’s own policies for which documents are acceptable. Waiting for a teller is also a long process. I’m fortunate to only go for things that cannot be done through online banking or ATM service. I’d recommend doing the same, when possible. Or going to a different location for teller services. The location further down Centre Street is a better option.
