These guys are very unprofessional and not responsible. We spent our only day off waiting for them to deliver on their promise. They showed no respect for our time. The furniture should have been assembled and delivered between 11−2pm. As I write this review at 7:20pm after 15 calls or so, it is still no-​show. Still Waiting…

The owner is a stand up gentleman so far who has taken it upon himself to fix my situation. Thus far to he has made it completely clear that he run a business based on the satisfaction of his customers.
I felt as though I was a human being living in a human world. He took time to speak to me for at least 30 minutes and gave me his view on what he wants for his business.
If my issue is resolved properly I will know for a fact that this is where you should bring you business.

I highly recommend Frugal Furniture. They special ordered a couch for me and within 2 weeks it was delivered to my apartment. Customer service was top notch. I emailed in (corresponded with Sarah) and she answered each email promptly and with diligence. I probably bugged her with at least 10 emails but she was very patient and always helpful.
The delivery men also did a great job. They even had to take my couch apart to fit it through the the narrow hallway leading to my apartment and did so without one complaint.
I would definitely buy furniture from them again!
