Re-​max is a very popular home realty system in Jefferson City. We bought a house through them. That was a good experience and I give them five stars on that. That experience inspired us to use them to sell our house since we bought it through them. Long story short, the realtor did not do a good job at all and basically left us hanging. The house did not sell and we were pretty upset. Overall ok realtor company to use.

Today we visited a location on Dry Creek around 7pm, despite it being rainy and cold, Lois Hogan was kind enough to show us the property. Since we are from Los Angeles, we were totally blown away by the cost of living in Jefferson City. $ 232k will get you a 2 yr old home that would normally cost you $ 750k and up!
