Very busy location. Great customer service and polite staff at this store. I will be a long time T-​MO customer. I signed up for the unlimited 4G LTE plan, which they only offer for a limited time per year and the service is lightning fast. No complaints at all.

I’m a very long time T-​Mobile customer, this is the second time I’ve been to this location to set up a new phone. My experience ~ 18 months ago was positive, as was today’s. This location is run by an affiliate; maybe that makes a difference? After the Central Ave location wasn’t able to help me (
) I popped in here. Within 5 minutes, saleswoman Yarissa heard my issue, went over my options, and found a solution. By the time I got back to my car, my brand new phone was working as it should.

This location is BUSY! Had great service but I think I lucked out because I witnessed a few customer bitch outs and major eye-​rolls from some employees that were attending to other customers. It’s pretty much impossible to park in the area so if you don’t have to drive here, DON’T.
