This particular location seems to always be busy. They are always very helpful every time I come by. They always do what they can to get what works best to fit your needs. There is another location around the corner from them that I had to walk out of recently because of how rude they were. I was misinformed about certain products, and they seemed as if they just didn’t want to bother helping me answer any of my questions. After walking into my usual store, which is this one on Bergen Avenue, I got a totally different experience and left 100% satisfied. I should have came straight to this one in the first place. I only stopped by the other one because I was in the area & didn’t think there would be a difference. Boy was I wrong. Thank goodness for this Bergen location.

Do not switch to T-Mobile pre-paid. I Paid $ 53.50 on a Friday evening at this T-Mobile store. I was supposed to get unlimited phone, text and internet for a month. It was supposed to take 24 – 48 hours to switch my cell phone number to T-Mobile. 3 days later I still had no cell service and found out they hadn’t even put in the request to transfer the number. 4 days later I still don’t have txting or internet, and when I called they had no record of the payment and said there was no money in the account. After a long phone call with customer service they found the payment, but even though they said txting would work it still does not. Furthermore, extra days I was promised by a supervisor to make up for this were not put in the system and turned out not to be valid and when I asked for a refund, they said no refunds on pre-paid phones. Total disaster. And the worst thing is every time you make a call there is an annoying little message that says, «Thank you for using t-mobile prepaid.»
