Kraftsman Auto Body

I was rear ended and was recommended by my insurance company. After the repairs I could not close the trunk of my car, a plate underneath the car was not repaired and left off, the muffler was not attached properly. I ended up taking my car to another facility to have the repairs done right. I never thought to look under the car to ensure things were properly attached/​missing. Would not recommend.

I’ve had a few experiences with Kraftsman (unfortunately…going to a repair shop is NEVER a good thing but they always make the process less stressful for me)
One experience was a total loss and even though they couldn’t do a repair due to the amount of damage they took great care of me. They helped coordinate with the insurance company, get a rental vehicle at a reasonable price, and were there every step of the way. I know that they dont benefit in any way from my total loss, but they never treated me like it was a problem or gave me a hard time. They were friendly and seemed happy to help.
I had two experiences where my vehicle was damaged (one was my fault, the other was vandalism). Kraftsman did the repair, were very helpful throughout the process and I had a great experience. One of the cars was brand new so I was very unhappy about having to do repairs & nervous I wouldnt be happy with the result. My cars both turned out GREAT! I’m so happy with the work they did, I think it looked better than before it went in the shop.
Recently, someone else damaged my vehicle. I haven’t had the repair done yet but I was able to get an estimate in a very reasonable time frame. I called around to other shops in the area to get a second estimate (to be fair to the person who damaged my car) but they were either unprofessional or didnt have appointments for over a week. I worry that if I can’t even get an estimate, how can they schedule my repair and get it out on time? Now I’m just waiting on my insurance, but I will definitely be returning to Kraftsman for my repair.
To sum up my experiences — they have always been professional, considerate of my time, and very knowledgable about the process. Being in an accident or having a claim isnt easy or fun and it doesnt always work the way we want it to but Kraftsman has always been honest and helped me through the process. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

When I was on the mainland I used some of the most prestigious body shops in So Cal…
I recommend «Kraftsman» to my customers and use them myself…
I consider there workmanship to be world class…
Granted nobody is perfect… But you try taking a sheet metal object that has been smashed to hell and make it like new… It literally is both art and science…

Poor customer services. Once they’ve got your money the customer service skills decline to 0. Would not even rate this business a 1 star. You have been warned… This is truly from experience!
