Waiting for 15 minutes for my order to even start getting made! There’s three workers here and it’s not busy,

I do not recommend this location the register girl which who was the manager on duty at the time today had a very bad rude attitude. Didn’t smile and also to didn’t even greet when we first walked in the doors. The worst thing about it was there was no one at the register waiting to place an order. Yet then when other people walked in the door in the middle of helping us she greets them. So honestly I didn’t even put my own personal order in but I did put everyone else that I was with their order that wanted a jamba juice. So honestly I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone. It just goes to show that rude service really can leave an impression. Cause I an normally a person that would just let it go normally but this time it was different.

I’m a critical individual when it comes to customer service. I’m not sure if Mariah is a manager or a customer service representative but her attitude sucks. First off greet the damn customer and stop giving attitude. Second doesn’t matter what day your having because your AC is off, broken, or your just having a shitty day fix that attitude! Additionally no one greeted no welcome no nothing! Fix it or I’ll continually complain about the service your receiving until you eventually get replaced. I expect a call from someone in their hawaii corporate office because behaviors like hers is truly unacceptable. I spent $ 18.83 at your location today and found this to be very unappreciated. Horrible customer service.

They can’t ever seem to get my order correct. I’m never met with an apology when they make a mistake. But this is the only location in my area. Oh well. Guess they’ll have to keep remaking my oatmeal every single time I go.

Worste Jamba Juice EVER. The employees are extremely rude and treated their blenders very badly all I heard was loud crashing sounds the entire time. I ordered 2 acai promo bowls on with extra acai easy on the nuts and gronola the other regular. The regular one tasted like crap every bite had so much gronola and nuts it hurt my teeth the specialty one was okay nothing great. Long story short, if you want an acai bowl go to kailua and get one from lanikai juice.

Rudest girl at the cashier. She didn’t even say hi, she said «you ready?» I wasn’t ready rto order and then she left.
Another nice girl with her name tag on (maile) I think saw I was ready and told the other girl to come out (she has blues eyes and loads of makeup on.) She just had a stuck up attitude. After I ordered she said, «That’s IT?» And I was trying to order the energy boost correctly. Her overall attitude sucked. I will never come back here.
Only reason why I’m giving two stars is because of Maile cause she made my drink really quick and smiled when she gave it to me.

I guess I’ll continue with everyone else’s rants.
Arrived around 5:40pm 04/​26/​2016. My order was taken at 5:46pm. From that time, it took the local looking guy 15 minutes to JUICE a SHOT of something. The only girl that was there made all the drinks and the bigger haole guy took the orders, so I don’t see what is so hard about juicing?! She even made my acai bowl! All he had to do was put granola and bananas on! When he FINALLY finished that, he just dropped it on the counter and ‘started’ helping the girl make drinks… Like he was actually doing something. As if! So I had to ask the other guy if that was my acai bowl, at least he apologized.
Overall local boy needs to go, haole guy needs a little more training on customer service (mainly greeting) and trained to make drinks. he was at least trying to help, and the girl needs some recognition. She was the only one making drinks and calling out names. Even though she wasn’t the quickest, she was still nice and made EVERYTHING!

Okay, so when someone first comes in and you’re standing at the cash register, staring off into space, avoiding eye contact, then finally know I’m staring at you waiting for you to say something. You tell me whenever Youre ready with your attitude? Then proceed to keep giving me attitude? Grow up child, learn your job and how to give people great customer service.

This place is terribly understaffed! The mornings get busy and they only ever have two workers. The line is always long and people walk out because of the wait. Understaffing causes errors. The employees have always been polite, and it’s not their fault that it gets so crazy here… But geez :(

Slowest JAMBA EVER!!! They’re slowwwwwww and busy checking out customers, asking for phone numbers and where they live no professionalism. Booooooooo! The guy in front of me me just asked for a manager, he had to drive back cause they messed up his order. Asked for a refund, and told them it took 30 minutes to get his food. Bananas are rotten and they won’t take accountability for it. Terrible!!! Hope the owner reads this!!!

This has been thee WORST customer service experience I’ve encountered in years. I was 2^nd in line, watching it grow longer as the cashier and the girl making the drinks joked and hi-​fived each other, pretending not to see any of us. By the time I got to the register, I had a good 8 – 10 people behind me. This cashier is one of those sloppy, lazy looking ones that like to hang all over the register while taking orders.
So I get to the register, order my drinks, and before I could ask for anything else, the cashier rudely blurts, «Your name?» %#?!@…I wasn’t done yet! You see me looking at the bake case, didn’t corporate teach you how to look for signs or up-​sell!?! Next, I proceed to punch my phone number in for my points. I asked, «Is it not working?» Cashier blurts, «Nope,» and looks at me as if I’m wasting her time. Now I KNOW that I’m not imagining things, so I start talking to her like the rude, incompetent, self centered little brat that she presents herself to be. As we both waited for my receipt to print out, she looks over to the girl making the drinks, probably hoping to lock eyes with her so that they could have an entire conversation about our transaction.
I arrived at the store around 4:10pm and got my drinks by 4:35pm. JAMBA JUICE, GET IT TOGETHER!

Waited for ten minutes because counter person messed up my name. An exact order was made and sat on the counter that no one picked up. Maybe if the store was a bit quieter this wouldn’t have happened!!!

Very friendly and patient staff, despite it being close to closing time. Got my FREE birthday drink! Woot! It I got the Matcha blast subbed the soymilk with almond milk. It was delish. Bummer they don’t have more of the drinks listed on the website.

Always busy but smoothies are very consistent. My favorite Jamba on the island. Love the loaded Acai bowl with fresh pineapples. Another one of my favorites is the gotta guava, must try!

This place deserves zero stars. The guy (African American) working the register seriously needs customer service training and needs to smile or speak up because he doesn’t greet customers or ask them what they would like to order; he just looks at you and silence like ummm yea… awkward.
Also, after I ordered there was three other people that ordered after me and they got their drinks before I did. WTH… and he messed up my order, so I had to wait even longer… NEVA coming back here again.

The Jamba Juice location is conveniently located at the Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center that is right across from Windward mall. It is right next to Starbucks of course plus other surrounding stores like Walgreens and there is a decent amount of parking around the area. The staff and customer service is pretty good I would say. I do not think that they are busy often because everytime I come it is pretty mellow. Other than that I do not know what else to say. I guess my favorite drinks are matcha green tea blast, orange dream machine, and some other few. Just like most Jamba Juices there are just a few amount of table and seating areas.

Love the staff here.
I go here literally every single morning and order the same thing.
Sometimes, by the time I get in the door, my smoothie is already being made.
Current favorite smoothie is the Amazing Greens. Very good and tasteful, tangy from the lemonade. Dairy and soy free.
They all know me by name, and sometimes even ask «getting the usual?» They mean well here.
Really fast. If there are new workers, give them a break and put yourself in their shoes. Be patient.
The only thing I can think of to be improved applies to all Jamba Juices: expand the food menu!

Oh come on Jamba Juice! Why can’t you make a simple acai bowl? I usually go to this location and love it until I paid $ 8 for an acai bowl that was completely frozen.

Let me start off by saying I normally enjoy the product and service I get at Jamba Juice. But it was my first visit to this location and I have no interest in going back.
I walk in and Chynna (making the smoothies) gave a warm greeting. She’s the reason why this review gets the 2 stars.
The negative 3 stars are thanks to her seemingly miserable colleagues, Brycen & Karlee.
I walk up to the register, Brycen looks up at me, doesn’t acknowledge my presence, looks down to keep counting his register, shoots a glare toward the back of the store and continues. Finally, another employee (Karlee) walks up to the register and just stares at me– no greeting, no what can I get for you. I ordered the smoothie then asked for an immunity boost. Her only response was an increase in my total after swiping my card. I asked about the free boosts and she flatly said no, do you still want it. With how I was being treated, absolutely not. In fact, if the drink weren’t for someone else, I would’ve left. Then she crumples up my receipt without asking if I want it.
While waiting for my drink, 2 more people walk in to order. Brycen did the exact same thing to them that he did with me. Rude!
Thank goodness for Chynna for being there and trying to make people feel good and worth something. Can’t say the same for the other two.

So who knew that Jamba Juice served food. That must be a Hawaiian thing because all the Jamba Juices around here just have smoothies. We order an Acai bowl which is a fruit bowl with nuts and honey. It was really good. They served other stuff like sandwiches. I was just tripping out because didn’t know that had food.
