We had a trip to Hawaii planned through this company. Even though we told the agent about health issues that I had that involved sitting for long periods of time, she still chose to put us on a 7 hour flight out of Dallas instead of going through LA or San Fran where our trip would have been broken up. When I would call with questions, she would just tell me I would have to call the airlines or hotel myself. The lady at American Airlines asked me why my agent wasn’t taking care of this and I just told her she’d refused. The only thing I can say is that the hotel we stayed at was beautiful. But having flights that are that long(when there are other options) was just terrible, especially when she knew I needed to be able to get up and move around and not sit for long periods of time. I wouldn’t use them for another trip ever. I think they take care of so many«big spenders» that ours was just a drop in the bucket to them and it just didn’t seem to matter. Customer service was totally lacking. Even after sending an e-mail with my concerns, the owner didn’t even bother to respond. Their office manager called us(who had nothing to do with all of this) and the agent never did respond, even when asked for information. If you aren’t taking a lot of trips every year and using them on a consistent basis, I couldn’t recommend them for anything.
