Always busy but fast and incredibly friendly employees remember my order. Avoid during class break times but other then that they are quick and efficient.

The only reason to come to this location is because you have no other options. For the most part the service absolutely sucks. Walk up while employees are talking, they will acknowledge you and finish their convo. Have a regular come up while you are placing your order, after taking the regulars order they will finish yours. One time I have had someone take my order who is friendly, smiles, and just overall pleasant. Why she doesn’t take orders all the time versus the rude options baffles me.
As for the drinks, I really can’t speak to them except the Chai Latte and it keeps me coming back even though the service is horrible. Then again the need for something warm during this horrible cold spell might have more to do with it, but still, it is pretty decent.
On those freezing days that even 4 layers of clothes don’t keep me warm I will probably be back, otherwise I would rather catch whatever cooties the drinking fountain has to offer.
