The best workout you will find in KC! For once I found a studio that is not only clean and beautiful but the results from their classes are the best I have found. The instructors are dynamic and the music is amazing. I love that there are no mirrors(less intimidating)! And that the classes are only 45 minutes. There is also a mix of men and women in the classes, which I actually liked. If you want a killer workout, in a short amount of time, and never get bored this is your spot!

This workout studio is awesome! The owner is great and the trainers are all very nice and know how to give you a great workout. Such a great environment to workout in. This is a perfect place to get my cardio days in with their fast paced fun workouts. A bunch of different workouts to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place. Only downside is its too far from where I live, hoping they open up another location! :)

I recently reconnected with an awesome fitness instructor Albert Lee, soon to open his own spin studio. Albert(through Lululemon Leawood) organizes«field trips» during this awesome KC summer, and we hit Health House this morning. No, you don’t need a permission slip from your mom or a sack lunch. The center offers several circuit training classes per day, coached by enthusiastic instructors. No treadmill for ½ an hour with headphones on watching CNN here. We did a hard sweaty 45 minute rowing circuit with two rowing stations(on really cool water-resisted rowing machines), ab stations, medicine ball etc. There were 30 people in the class(and another class was going on in a back room) but the studio was not over crowded. Towels and drinking fountain were right in the studio. Their pricing is per class(so you can test it out with no commitment) or groups of classes or monthly, no long term commitment. Now, why would a company do that? Maybe they think they don’t need you to commit because you’ll want to go back without a guilt trip. I do. Really cool that small fitness places like this are popping up in KC. Thanks, Albert, for the field trip, and thanks to Health House for having us.
