Is good at eyebrows, tends to wax on the thin side. Gives good skin care advice. However, is not all that professional and a bit two faced. Tends to talk trash about others, I don’t appreciate it. I don’t care how well someone does something, if they are unprofessional I will not return. You could probably go to someone at a highly rated salon and still get it done more cheaply and they look as good. Her prices are the most expensive on most things and I just can’t justify going to her, even if she were more professional.

My daughter and I have been going to Kristine for 8 years for eyebrow design and love her work! Never had a bad experience. She is a true artist. Lucky to have someone with her talent in Kansas City. As for the reviewers who felt disrespected because of time, sometimes the best is worth waiting for.

If punctuality is important to you, do not visit this spa. I scheduled my first appointment for 9am, her first appointment of the day. As I was pulling up to that appointment, I received a text from her stating that she was going to be 15 minutes late. So I sat out front waiting for her. Once the appointment actually started, she was professional and I had a good experience. Yesterday, for my second appointment, I booked a 3:45 appointment for today. I arrived several minutes early, waited in the lobby until 3:55 at which point she walked into the lobby and told me it was still going to be a few more minutes before she could see me. I explained I booked my appointment for 3:45 based on other appointments I had this afternoon and that I had to be finished with her by 4:10 because I had to pick up my children by 4:30. She told me that she wasn’t going to be able to see me because she would not be able to complete my appointment in 10 minutes. So I left. And won’t be going back.
