I really appreciated the time Scott took to show my girlfriend all the models and give us an update on the current state of sleep technology. Given the years since either of us had made a mattress purchase, she really wanted to make sure this considerable investment was appreciated fully over the coming years by getting the exact balance of comfort, durability, and core materials, which is obviously a very personal, subjective measurement when it comes to sleeping. Scott wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to upsell us, and listened to what we were looking for. He provided us with several options and was more than respectful to check on us without being overbearing as we laid around on the different floor models making our selection.
The transaction was simple and easy, delivery was on-​time, courteous, and efficient. While there probably won’t be much need for a similar purchase any time soon, I have no qualms about sending friends Scott’s way over at the Westport Mattress Firm. Thanks again!

I needed a very comfortable Twin XL mattress for my guest bedroom, something that would be suitable to a variety of different types of people. The gentleman on the phone, who I believe was the manager of the Mattress Firm store, must have spent about an hour on the phone with me, while I looked online, checking out information on the various mattresses he was describing to me. It eventually became clear that the ideal mattress was more than twice what I was expecting to pay … and this was based on my understanding of features offered by different mattresses at different price points. I was so impressed by the manager’s patience and how he simply provided me the information and let me make my own decision.
When I finally decided on the mattress I wanted, the manager threw in free delivery and was able to make the deadline for when I needed the mattress. I was able to sleep on the mattress the night it arrived, and oh my gosh, the mattress is so amazing! It is extremely comfortable. It is firm and yet it has a cushy feeling, too, so when you first make contact with the mattress you feel it’s soft and cushioning, but then you feel very good support all over. Totally worth every penny.
