Love this little place, and they know how to serve coffee. I get here when I can, then sit back and relax. Be sure to make it in if you can.

I eventually had the opportunity to stop by this small coffee shop, and I must say it is low key, but I really like it! Little, clean but not sterile, as well as a great staff, friendly and humorous. It may seem like they actually understand their customers, and I adore the reality that they’re local and bike friendly. It is close enough to house, that I believe I may only bike over there the next time I should get some work done.

After reading countless reviews, I decided to walk the 3 miles to this little gem. The décor is so cute and the service is great. And this coffee? Amazing! I had the Coco Loco, iced, and was delighted! Also, the free chocolate chip coffee with a check in was scrumptious! Any time I come back to Kansas City I’ll make sure to stop by!

As the name implies, you will leave wishing you had one more cup of their amazingly delicious beverages. Today was my first time in and it was a wonderful first impression. The vibe is eclectic and quirky and the staff was very friendly, it is easy to see why this place comes with such great reviews. I tried their Curious George latte out of pure intrigue(Shatto banana and chocolate milk say whaaaaa) and it was nothing short of amazing– it took all my will power to not go back to the counter and order a barrel of it! Great vibes, great prices and a phenomenal product– what more could you hope for!

Ugh went in this afternoon and I believe the owner had his own children there. I don’t mind that at all but please don’t constantly shout barking orders at them if they can’t sit quietly. I would much rather the kids be able to move around and deal with that rather than someone yelling and chasing after them. Coffee was ok. Ambience — not good!

Love both their hot and iced coffee drinks! I love the quirky, relaxed atmosphere. Best iced toddys in town!

Quaint little coffee joint with a slightly crazy look. Being said, place kinda looks like it was decorated by a blind man. However, the staff are real warm/attentive, and the quality of items is pretty great. Had a real flavorful chai and this stale/flavorless dessert bread. Fortunately the staff was happy to let me pick something else, and man am I glad I did. At the recommendation of several people choose these moist almond/date balls. So delicious/moist/fresh. The best pairing with a hot chai. Boyfriend lives up the street and always looking for a place to study, so will be back!

I love that they have a rotation of different roasters so always something new to try and get to see what roasters I like. The service is always great and love that they have lots of vegan options for food and snacks.

They have a nice patio that overlooks Wornall. It was a relaxing place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. The coffee itself was better than your average cup. But it definitely isn’t a coffee junky’s cup. You can find places close by that pay more attention to the preparation of an individual cup. Overall, it was a great atmosphere and nice place to relax. And they had above average coffee.

Love this place! So many cool interesting things to try that aren’t like anywhere else! Love how they incorporate Shatto milk into their drinks, makes for an amazing smooth taste! Best chocolate croissant in KC. Fun atmosphere. :)

I bounce around to a ton of coffee shops on any given week. Almost every coffee shop has something I really like and something I would change, but I have to say I think One More Cup has it all. First and foremost, the vibe of this place is the real deal. There’s no pretentiousness and the staff is always nice. It’s also a harmonic balance of social and active without being too loud, so you can certainly get some work done. I didn’t know this until my visit yesterday, but they partner with tons of KC roasters to serve their coffees; Oddly Correct, Messenger Coffee, and two others I’m blanking on. As someone who drinks/relies/lives on black coffee, it’s an impressive lineup. You can also get a mug with free refills for $ 2. Score! It was 10 degrees when I was last here, but they do have an awesome patio in the back for the warmer days. I’ll be back before long to check out all their sandwiches because this is my kinda place.

I love this quaint little place! I am not typically one for a sweet coffee drink let alone a milkshake but hey if I want to combine a toddy and a milkshake I can do it here! Let me tell you… I find myself craving one from time to time. My other half is not a coffee drinker so we have found that One More Cup is a good compromise for the two of us. He can get non coffee drinks while I receive my caffeine fix all at once. There aren’t a lot of seating options but there is a back patio and two small 2 person tables on the front porch. I noticed a doggy water bowl sitting by the front door. Bonus points for offering up water for the furry friends. I haven’t had any of the food here, but there is a separate bar where they seem to serve up several breakfast items such as muffins, croissants, and/or bagels. They also sell Akinosie Chocolate, which I always support. Shout out to my hometown, Springfield, MO. If you stop in be sure to grab one of their take home calendars. There are calendars printed out available to take home with each day filled in with a special held in the store. So if you venture down to Waldo, check. it. out.

I should have gotten a coffee drink, seems that’s what people love. But what caught my attention was the«root beer chai». It was ok. Super quaint and funky shop that has quite the following. If I’m ever back in Waldo/KC I’d drop in again, maybe even hang out and unwind.

A quaint little place in the Waldo area of Missouri, One More Cup packs some big-time coffee and treats in a small place. Stacy, co owner of the shop, is a hard working, kind woman who will get you excited about good-quality coffee. They source many fair trade and organic blends. One More Cup also carries many ingredient-conscious snacks – as well as baking many of their goods on site. Love the sense of togetherness in this place. It has some character!

This is a really cute coffee shop right in the middle of Waldo. I stopped in around 11am on a Friday, and there were a number of customers working on laptops. The staff were very friendly and quick. I ordered a latte with skim milk and sugar free almond syrup. It was one of the best lattes I’ve ever had! I hung out around an hour and really liked the atmosphere. The parking is tricky(limited street parking) and the seating is somewhat limited, but I really liked the vibe anyway. I got a free chocolate chip cookie for checking in, and it was really delicious.

I am not a coffee drinker so if you are looking for a review of their coffee, keep going. I am a fan of iced chai. One More Cup has a pretty good iced chai. It is a bit sweeter than I would normally like, but the flavor is fantastic. I have also tried a selection of the food items. The ham and cheese croissant is pure decadence! The mac and cheese is super yummy. The cookies scrumptious and the perfect accompaniment to your drink. many(maybe all) of the food options are brought in from local sources. With that, they are still fresh and yummy. I am more apt to stop here for a bite to eat than the drinks. Sandwiches are next on my list to try! The customer service is fantastic. Sometimes coffee shop employees can come across quite pretentious and just annoying. Not here! Very friendly, good conversations. Just what you would expect to find in the super friendly Waldo area! Many options for the vegetarian!

Three Words: Oh My God. Or White Mocha Strawberry! We stopped by One More Cup after we had brunch for some coffee before we proceeded to the Music Hall to watch Beauty and the Beast, and being adventurous I decided to try the White Mocha Strawberry. Holy crap was it delicious! Especially being made with Strawberry Shatto Milk!!! And considering how I usually feel about white chocolate(hate it!) the fact that it was so yummy threw me! I would love to try this again sometime but with regular chocolate sauce(or even dark chocolate if they have it!). We also ordered a coffee cake(can’t remember what type it was), and they gave us such a huge piece that we shared it! A delicious close to our brunch earlier and paired with our coffee. Seating is varied but depending on weather and time of day I think it can get fairly crowded and difficult to find a place to sit(we had to move things around but got bar seating). Fun experience and will definitely be back when I want coffee and am in Waldo

Quick, have an hour to kill and need to grab some wi-fi for work and a cup of coffee. Familiar with the area but not the coffee shops. I’d settle for a 3 – 4 star place. Anything in that range will do, just don’t make me drink bitter crap out of a bad styrofoam cup. And did One More Cup comply? They did not! Hell no. Instead, what’s this? One of the finest single poured lattes in Kansas City for 2013 for this writer. At least as good as the best anyway. Read it and weep Oddly Correct, Quay, Little Freshie and others. Love ya, but these folks knocked it out of the park today. Didn’t miss ya a bit. South Wornall gives back a little respect. The interior is funky, homey, decidedly casual, a bit cluttered. Overstuffed chairs, nice benches and plenty of plug-ins for surfers going beyond their designated battery life. Service was quick and friendly in spite of a decent crowd. Who knew? I need to come back for more, and will.
