Worst sprint store I’ve ever experienced! Customer service is terrible, no motivation to properly assist customers, lack of product knowledge and overall just a bad experience. I got an email stating I could get the iPhone forever deal for a $ 1 a month and when I walked in and talked to them about it, the reps had no idea what I was talking about. As soon as my contract is up I’m switching over to AT&T.

What happened to customer service? After 7 years with AT&T I gave Sprint a shot so I could shave my monthly bill about $ 10/month. In return I get horrific customer service on the phone and in the store. Truly a company who’s values for hitting the bottom line supersede taking care of the customer in their times of need. You cannot surf the web or look up a business in the Maps App while on a call. AT&T has been providing this for free. Sprint failed to mention this when they told me they could«deliver the same or better service as the competition». What a joke. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this particular store for service… Asked for the regional manager and got the prompt«I don’t think I can do that» response. YOUGETWHATYOUPAYFOR. PAYFORAT&T.

A few years ago I went in to trade a car charger that had stopped working. The Sprint Rep asked when I bought it? I told her when. She looked in the system and said there was no proof of me purchasing the charger. I used one of their computers to verify it. She saw it and said, «well it’s not showing up in my system, I don’t know if you bought it». She did not trust or believe what I was telling her. That didn’t sit well with me. I felt like she was accusing me of scamming them. I’ve been a customer for 10+ years, I buy updated smart phones every 2 years, and I have 5 lines on my account. I was not satisfied with her customer service approach. Today I called about an iphone case. It is a lime green silicone and black hard plastic iphone 6 cover made by Ballistic. The lime green part of the case gets dingy or dirty looking and will not wash off. The Sprint Rep asked when I bought it. I told him when I bought it. He said I didn’t qualify for a refund but can come exchange it for the same case. I didn’t want the same case because that silicone has a tendency of becoming dingy. He got a little snappy with me by giving me an example:(in my opinion a poor example) saying, «Well if I buy a sweater and spill stuff all over it, I’m not going to get my money back for normal ware and tare». I let him know that this is not normal ware and tare — I am a paying customer that is not satisfied with a product and would like an opportunity to exchange it for another color that doesn’t have a tendency to get dingy, most likely a darker color silicone, gray or black. He got a little rude(again, making me out to be like someone trying to scam them or get something for free), I told him, «Otterbox refunds or will send you a different color if you selected a silicone that eventually makes your phone look dingy.» Well, his response, «I’m not Otterbox». WOW — Really? The first time I went to this Sprint store to exchange my car charger — I told myself that I would never go back because of the customer service. I should have listened to myself, because today — I just didn’t like how I was treated. I called Sprint Studio(downtown) which is where I’ve gone since it opened, and the Sprint Rep not only explained it to me but was very respectful about the entire process. Sprint on Broadway — be nicer to the paying customers or go work somewhere where people skills aren’t a requirement. I do not like to be treated that way when I pay for service and products on a regular basis. Thank you

I’ve been a Sprint customer for roughly ten years and truthfully I haven’t had too many problems, but lately I have been and trying to work to get them rectified has been worse than metaphorically going to the dentist. My phone broke, as they do, and I went to the store to see if they could fix it. They said they couldn’t in the store, but since I had insurance to call an 800 number and they would walk me through the steps. This turned into a huge problem. Suddenly my deductible doubled and while discussing this the agent on the phone hung up on me. I returned to the store and explained my problem to a very unsympathetic team member. There was a little more back and forth, but in the end, I was able to speak with a manager who was able to replace my phone. Sprint has network and reception issues among other things. One issue it sorely doesn’t need is bad customer service. Hopefully this is something that can be improved as they move forward.

Pretty good store. They work on phones and sell phones. Can get busy sometimes
