I thought I would write a quick little update.
In my first review I noted how I was disappointed when my credit card expired and I was charged a late fee after the manager called me to get the new expiration date. I did get the manager at that time to refund me those charges, but I wanted others to know this could be something to watch for.
Moving on… my credit card expired a couple of months ago. At the beginning of the month my card expired, I received a call from an employee at StorageMart letting me know my card would expire and asked if I had a new expiration or a new card I wanted to list on my account. Note how I said he called me BEFORE my card expired and also how I had a little time to either wait for my replacement or use a different card if needed. I happily gave this gentleman the new expiration date and then went on about my business.
I really appreciate StorageMart taking some earlier feedback and making a new process that not only cut down on some frustration, but also left me, the customer, feeling like he was taken care of. Well done.

I had an excellent experience storing my furniture here. The storage units are very well secured, air conditioned and for the most part the employees are helpful/​friendly. The entrance to the units is behind a locked gate and you need a code that they give you to get in. They also have carts to help you move stuff in and out of your unit. There are lots of different sized units available, and I definitely recommend them if you need to store anything :)
