Absolutely loved the atmosphere here. The owners were really nice, and the portions were great. The quality of the food was also very good and I never leave this place feeling hungry. I am a big fan of their subs, and their salads are also delicious and you get a very good amount for your money. I have nothing bad to say about this place, and will definitely be recommending it to my colleagues. Will be coming back for sure!

Since the owner sold the business a few months ago, the quality has went down, portions gone smaller, prices went up! I work nearby and I’ve eaten at this place for 3 years almost 2 or 3 times a week, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Here is what you need to know: The owner has sold the business to new proprietors. The menu is exactly the same as before and so are the high prices, but based on my trip today the quality is not. I don’t see any reason to return to see what else has suffered.

This is a great place if you are looking for a good salad, sandwich, soup, or pasta for lunch. The staff is very friendly and quick, and I always enjoy the food. Plan on spending $ 9 or $ 10 for anything beyond a small cup of soup.

If you are looking for delivery service, good luck with this place. They claim to deliver on their website, and even sometimes if you call, but talk to the wrong person and they won’t deliver that day. I’m not sure who answers the phones around there but depending on who you talk to it’s a different story every time. They also get cranky if you call in a large order anytime after 10am and expect it by noon. I mean, come on, it’s only salads and sandwiches! The food here is better than par, but the service is so lacking it’s hard to want to give them your business. Very sad since I like to support local and love to have lunch delivered to our office staff.

I don’t see how anybody can say this place has«great» anything. It’s a box lunch catering gig that makes a little extra off people who are unfortunate enough to stumble through the door. For anyone who’s never had a box lunch, let me enlighten you. It means ingredients bought at Costco last week. Dry bread. Pre-sliced, processed deli meat and cheese. A bag of chips or commercially made pasta salad. A can of soda or a small bottle of water. If you’re starving and happen to be standing immediately in front of this place, it’s understandable you might eat here. For anyone else, there’s no excuse.

Well, I have mixed feelings to say the least. I get the distinct impression that the people at Twenty 20 are much more comfortable with catering orders than they are flesh and blood guests. When I walked in just after 11 to grab some lunch, they all looked at me like funny. Not like I was a crazy person, but more that I was some sort of species they’d never seen before. Their eyes were full of confusion and wonder. They quickly went back to what they were doing, which was managing a chaotic storm of catering orders. Maybe it’s organized chaos, but all that I saw was chaos. Still, not my system so not my concern. When one of them broke free and was able to take my order, I think she was still a bit flustered. Actually, I only say this because when I asked what was on the club, she had to look it up. I mean, their menu isn’t exactly huge and the club is a pretty basic menu item. Anyhow, I ordered that(with no tomato) plus chips and a drink and it came to exactly $ 10. I like how all of the prices are right on the dollar. It makes group orders and catering VERY easy. I go up the short staircase and take a seat on the 2nd level of tables. In a few minutes one of the employees ALMOST brings my food to me. I say almost because he stood underneath on the first level, and I had to reach over and grab my tray. No biggie, but certainly weird. Then I open up my sandwich, and it has tomatoes. Bummer. I don’t send it back, because I’m capable of peeling them off my food, but it’s sad that they can’t get the request correct on the one single menu item ordered by the only customer actually in the establishment. Other than the tomato, my sandwich was OK. I was perfectly happy eating it, and the menu had a nice variety of other sandwich and salad options. If I worked nearby I’d be all about this place for a catered lunch. But for now I don’t much see a reason to come back as an individual guest.

Why all the hate??? Twenty 20 is a wonderful little sandwich spot. My husband and I have enjoyed almost everything on their menu and have yet to find something that wasn’t delicious. The california club is particularly good. If you’re in too much of a hurry to pop in to Lydia’s and get their pasta(which is indeed very good) Twenty has a fantastic and light pasta salad that will most certainly hit the spot. About the owner(s) car(s) … REALLY??? They’re the ones taking the risk and making the hard decisions. As a business owner myself I’d GLADLY drive a Honda over a Mercedes if my name didn’t have to be on the lease. Sadly this place seems to attract strong opinions rather than constructive criticism … But at least it is always packed …

Ok, here’s the deal. I like the atmosphere, the location and the girl who on most days handles the orders. Especially the girl. I’ve only had two things here as there are only two vegetarian options(besides salads). Both were fine, I have no complaints. I was a little ticked when the prices went up a dollar but kept that to myself. Now, there are a couple problems that ultimately made it easy for me to stop eating here although I miss the girl and I work in the very same building. Here they are: — I ate here every day for some number of weeks or most every day for months and they never had any other vegetarian options beyond the sandwich and panini on the menu — they raised the price of sandwiches a dollar. the cars of choice for the owner and her parents, who also spend all day working here are Lexus and Mercedes. The girl? neither. I think that was a Mazda or Toyota, possibly a hybrid(yay, you). — The two parking spaces in front of the building are handicapped spaces. these are taken by the owner’s parents, who, as evidenced by long days standing and working in this restaurant are not handicapped So, although they make a great panini and the strength of this restaurant is in the lower level staff(and great restaurants are in the family — can you say The Mixx?) there are just too many options in the neighborhood to support a couple folks who just don’t seem to be paying attention to the world around them.
