My two and five year old enjoying going to school and sometimes do not want to leave when I pick them up. My oldest is in the kindergarten bridge class with Mrs. Mina and I have no worries about her transition into kindergarten next year. She will be more than ready. The teachers are kind and caring! Great school!

I would not trust this daycare with the care of my child. My child didnt even start here and I dont trust them, that should say enough. Kay was very nice with us as long as we were enrolling and signing up. I told her my mother was currently caring for our baby and that she may decide to do it long term and Kay said «if that happens, we will work with you.» Well, my mom decided she wanted to watch the baby and I emailed Kay three weeks in advance of our baby’s start date and told her and asked if she would refund us the deposit since she said «she would work with us.» I never got a reply to my email, I called and left several messages, my husband called and left several messages and it wasnt until my husband actually went UP TO THE DAYCARE IN PERSON that she FINALLY replied to my email. My plan was to eventually have the baby start there at a much later date, but after the way she handled getting back to me, I was soured. I dont know how anyone can trust someone with the care of their child when the director can’t return a simple phone call or reply to an email. Also, after all this, I looked them up on
— and it doesnt look good. Everything happens for a reason.

We registered our 7 month old daughter to this place and paid the 200 registration fee and 250 for one weeks’ tuition. The baby however was a having a very bad time there, so we decided to withdraw her. She had been there for only two mornings, so we requested the refund of part of the tuition. It was their written policy that if the student attends less than two days (or three days, not sure) of the week then they will refund half of the week’s tuition. We made the request according to their policy, for half week’s refund. We emailed Kay (I think she is the owner) on Jun/​20 and Jun/​30, but she did not reply. We sent her another email on July/​3, indicating that I would make a formal BBB complaint against her if I did not get my refund. This time she replied, said she would be back on July/​13 and would process the refund as soon as she got back. This turned out to be a lie because did not do anything until the time of his review on July/​21, after another follow-​up email on July/​18. To this she has wasted all my kind gesture and patience, and I am wrapping up to make a business complain to get the issue solved. Friends, please do not do there because the business owner apparently lacks respect to you and to your money, so how can she respect your child?

We love this place. We have been here since 2014. Older one went through bridge kindergarten here, younger one is in preschool as well as extended day care. Older one now goes to their Exploreres club for aftershool and for summer. The kids love it. While the teaching level is not the same as what we were used to in CA, it is still better than another day care we tried in the area and is good preparation for katy isd public school. The teachers are caring and the new administration is always trying to find ways to make the experience richer for the kids. They get daily Spanish lessons for instance. I don’t have to worry about my kids when I am at work. My older one used to be a loner and shy, she has blossomed under the care of ms Meena in the bridge kindergarten class, who encouraged her in many ways.

I have nothing but good things to say about this preschool.
I have seen our boys develop substantially since they started and the teachers really enjoy seeing their progress as well.
The staff is easy to talk to and are always willing to work with you if you bring anything to their attention.
It’s by far the best place for our kids in the area. Thanks Kids r Kids for the great work!
