Subway

I have been to this Subway many times and was overall satisfied. In the past few months, I am not having a good experience here. There is a particular employee who keeps rushing you when you are ordering, by constantly saying «what else», even before you finish talking.

I used to use this Subway location all the time but not after today. I was standing in line and watched and an employee knocked the pan used to toast subs off the counter and onto the floor. They left it there for awhile to finish other customer orders. I then watched in horror as a male employee picked the pan up off the dirty floor and placed it back beneath the oven. He never changed his gloves and went right on making the next sandwich. This was bad enough but then when I placed my order the girl placed my subs straight onto the dirty pan, from the floor, to toast them. I could not believe what I was seeing. The employees did not care enough to even attempt to wash the pan after it sat on the dirty floor. If they do this in front of customers what the heck is going on in the back where customers cannot see. Needless to say I refused the order and told them I saw the pan sitting on the floor and could not believe they just put it back on the serving counter and placed subs in it like that. They could not have cared less. I am going to see if this constitutes a health code violation and try to report them. Gross, just plain gross.
